Was looking forward to swimming but the pool was very dirty and not well kept up. Staff was excellent at this location.

Hotel Room really needed to be cleaned, I cleaned the phone before using bathroom needs caulking and maybe new toilet bathtub was dirty before use. At least that room needed some refurbishing. Personnel at front desk and overall employees were good

We did have to pay for parking that was not told to.us but otherwise it was good

Awful customer service after we had to find a place to stay after being displaced by a tornado.

Excellent hotel. spacious accommodations and clean. Daily housekeeping and very accommodating staff

Property is dated, fixtures and furniture could be updated

Houskeeping was terrible. Did not replenish items in the room and did not leave fresh towels. Not a 4 star hotel quality.

It was great the room was comfortable and provided the privacy I needed

Room was not what I booked front desk wouldn't help, got a hold of Expedia they got the right room for me. Was targeted by staff for calling Expedia. Hotel staff retaliated by charging me double the advertised rate. The morning desk person fixed it but they will hold the full amount for 5 to 7 days. Will never return to this property.

Decent bar and restaurant. The pool did not look clear, so we did not partake.
