Pool was small and cold.

I liked the breakfast but the room. was too dark with no fresh air and most rooms did not have tubs The location was very good and the staff friendly

The hotel was about a 25 minute walk to the falls, so we ended up using the We Go bus to get to the falls attractions. The hotel is very convenient and walkable to Clifton Hills which was nice for going out in the evening. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but extremely busy to the point that many people could not get a seat and they were running out of food. It was clear that the staff had trouble keeping up with the volume of people at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again though!

Excellent hotel, location, breakfast, parking facility, and especially very friendly/polite staff. If we ever end up going back to the Niagara Falls, we will definitely go back to that hotel. The only issue we had was with the room's thermostat, which was not working well and so it kept either constantly blowing cold air or hot air, because it could not read well the current temperature.

The room was small and dated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets were coming off all the time. The pool was not working. The pancake machine wasn’t working. Nice staff especially the kitchen staff.

needs more ev charging stations for ev users

Did not appreciate the extra fee for parking.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The check in and check out process was really smooth. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

The hotel was easy to find and in great location. We walked to Clifton Hill and the falls no problem. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very close by and easily accessible. The breakfast had a lot to offer and was good. We would stay here again!
