Great property. The only thing now working was the hot tub. Otherwise, a great family stay

Kiran front desk staff upgraded us to a suite due to a series of mishaps because of alot of people checking in at the same time, summer rush. Its an ok hotel, renovations upcoming.

We had an excellent stay, the front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean and my grand daughter totally enjoyed the pool time.

Appreciate the staff 🙏 Being that I am here for medical reason currently, I am extremely greatful for their availability to have me for such an extended stay. The front desk lady is also my favorite, shes one of the most understanding and helpful. When I see its her working im greatful i wont have to have such a hard time with things, so props to her!

Hotel was as expected, a little dated but perfectly fine

Construction all around building made it tough to really get a good grasp of the surroundings , staff and restaurant were phenomenal

Sofa bed had filthy arms. Stairwell smelled. Electrical socket broken. Won’t go back there.

It was just okay. There was a weird smell in the room especially when the air conditioner fan was running. The bathroom fan was quite dusty. It was a bit noisy (you could hear people in the hallways easily). Expedia needs to correct that it offers breakfast as there was no breakfast whatsoever. I don’t think I’d choose it for a future stay due to these issues but it was doable for one night at the price I guess.

Bed was not comfortable and was squeaky. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Not used to a hotel not having continental breakfast. Other than that, all good.

Very loud. I complained to the front desk twice when the noise was going in our hallway and nothing was done. Very disruptive when you cannot sleep. Kids running in the hallway, yelling and playing til all hours of the night. Spoke to the front desk again about this issue the next morning and all I got was "I'm sorry".

Overall excellent

Travel with kids. They enjoyed the pool but it's a little cold. The locations are accessible with almost everything.

Unfortunately, I had to leave after checking in. The first thing that I noticed was the unclean bathroom and the cracked window pane. When I went to get into bed, I pulled back the comforter to discover a large sticky patch on the sheets. It was immediately clear that the bedding had not been changed. I called the front desk, and they immediately offered to move me to another room. I went downstairs, and the worker at the desk gave me the new key, but as I was going to get on the elevator, he commented that they can't possibly check all of the rooms after guests leave. Which gave me pause, and when I inquired further, he said that they often allow staff and other guests to use rooms that have been cleaned but haven't had someone officially check in and that they can't always clean them again after. That was the last straw, and I booked another hotel at midnight and left. If sanitary conditions and a hotel that doesn't allow day use of your room without cleaning in between are what you need, avoid this hotel.

Clean Room And confortable bed

always choose to stay here, not only for the quick efficiency they provide or the convenience but also because I just always enjoy my time here. Unexpectedly had to stay longer than intended and the front desk lady was helpful and kind, gave me more time to relax before my hospital visit. Ive stayed here maybe 30+ times in the past and consider it my little get away, im not a picky person or expecting resort type amenities, its a comfortable space for me and am grateful to the staff. I few times werent the greatest but I still always choose to stay here when i have a hospital visit or to accommodate family.

Room was clean overall however the hotel and room are noticeably dated. I did however notice a cockroach on one of the luggage carts at reception. Our tv wasn't set up to use so had to spend some time figuring that out, also the hairdryer was not working. The fan in the bathroom was also incredibly loud. Breakfast at Perkins was good.
