Service is fine, but can’t say the attitude is kind. Didn‘t refill shampoo from the first day until last day, quite disappointed.

Spent a night here and I did experienced a symphony of the night for the whole night in the room. As a 4 star hotel which charge you more than €100 per night, the sound resistence of the room is a total joke. The hotel locates very closed to the commercial area in Nice and with many bars and restaurants around it. Our room has been arranged at 4th floor, facing the street side. When we first entered the room in the afternoon, we have already noticed that the sound from the street(even the talk between people) can be heard in the room but we thought maybe at night it will turn better(which is quite the opposite, it turns into a total nightmare). The first chapter of the symphony starts at 23:00, when we were back from dinner and get ready to bed, what I can say is that this is when I really felt the "lively spirit" of the street, all the music and laughter in the bar, I could already experience every moment with them in the room. Then it pushed to another level when it passed midnight, the music turned louder and more sensational, people now with enough alcohol and the heat turned up even more, shouting and whistle composed the second chapter of the symphony. The third chapter begins with the closing hour of bar, but this is the section which lasts longer than any others. All the drunkens chatting, cursing, shouting and fighting maybe on the street and a massive beat from the motor engines is something you can't miss. The location is terrific! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is of high quality

Really great location to walk the old town area and the Promenade. Breakfast was pretty good. Not great but it worked. Staff are really nice and the room was nice also. We would stay there again on next trip to Nice because it was just where you want to be to access old town and beach.

Location was great. Super close to Cours Saleya market and restaurants. Hotel is old and tired, really needs some updating. Thought I booked a room with patio or balcony, but only had a view of a patio. One bartender was amazing, the other one a bit surly. Clean? Clothes from previous guest found in a cupboard, wondering about was and was not cleaned after that. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

Great location in Old town . Nice staff but we didn’t like the room. Stayed here 6 nights and they never upgraded us. Room was clean. Towels were only 2 a day and old & thin. We still enjoyed our stay but we have had much better rooms in other hotels.

Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel is in a great area with beach access & close to the Old Town.

Kamer netjes, bedden slapen lekker. Kleine (schone) badkamer, ontbijt is niet groot, maar voldoende.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Right beside old town, near the water, restaurants and transit.

Lovely hotel in an incredible area by the sea. Very walkable and gorgeous area. Gorgeous and spacious room. Bed, bedding, and towels were not as luxe as expected for a hotel of this caliber but everything else was excellent.

The location is super convenient, close to beach and old town. Staff are super friendly and nice, really considerate.
