Service is fine, but can’t say the attitude is kind. Didn‘t refill shampoo from the first day until last day, quite disappointed.

Spent a night here and I did experienced a symphony of the night for the whole night in the room. As a 4 star hotel which charge you more than €100 per night, the sound resistence of the room is a total joke. The hotel locates very closed to the commercial area in Nice and with many bars and restaurants around it. Our room has been arranged at 4th floor, facing the street side. When we first entered the room in the afternoon, we have already noticed that the sound from the street(even the talk between people) can be heard in the room but we thought maybe at night it will turn better(which is quite the opposite, it turns into a total nightmare). The first chapter of the symphony starts at 23:00, when we were back from dinner and get ready to bed, what I can say is that this is when I really felt the "lively spirit" of the street, all the music and laughter in the bar, I could already experience every moment with them in the room. Then it pushed to another level when it passed midnight, the music turned louder and more sensational, people now with enough alcohol and the heat turned up even more, shouting and whistle composed the second chapter of the symphony. The third chapter begins with the closing hour of bar, but this is the section which lasts longer than any others. All the drunkens chatting, cursing, shouting and fighting maybe on the street and a massive beat from the motor engines is something you can't miss. Det var enkel ankomst med buss fra fra flyplass. Frokosten var bra med hyggelig personell. Bar tja ok. Resepsjonistene hjelpsomme. Skuffende at vi måtte henge opp skriv på dør at vi ønsket renhold.

Everything about our stay here was easy, pleasant, and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Communication ahead of our stay was very helpful with quick responses. Location was great we would stay here again and again. Can’t wait to go back.

Beach was across the street and stunning. As a woman, it was inconvenient that there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom for hair tools and the lighting could be better. Otherwise absolutely stunning place, great staff, beautiful, spacious and clean. I am already planning my next trip to Nice at this hotel!

Booked for one night short stay , Sunday. Actually only needed the room until 9pm but had to take full overnight rate. Wanted a place with beach access and a decent bathroom to rest and change before my late night flight. Beach was closed as season was over without being informed - so that cost more to take a bed elsewhere. Room was old and tired looking, damp smelling and very poor shutters and furnishings. Looked like it was stuck in the late 70’s. Bathroom the same, shabby but not chic. Views limited - corner room 404 looking onto the alley and a meagre glimpse of the sea. Room service was only available after 7pm and the menu over priced and unappealing. A total waste of money with so many good hotels to compete with. My mistake was booking on Hotels.com without cancellation options. The front staff were polite, which was the upside though not able to allow early access ahead of 3pm. It’s past its glory days. I don’t think Matisse would be producing his best work there if he stayed these days !

Amazing staff, super helpful! The room was much larger than expected. Breakfast was good. The property is not actually on the beach. It has a private beach club around the corner from the property. Great location!

The best asset of this property is its location in Vieux Nice. However the hotel faces a busy street and has no sea view. It is very expensive and overrated. The hotel advertises 35euros for beach lounge chairs but when you go, different price options are listed; 30 euros, 17 euros etc. It isn’t right that we pay so much for the room, then are charged these different prices! The guy at the bar is overwhelmed, kept us waiting needlessly for a long time to serve us. I lost a ring at the hotel, reported it to staff and admin, they didn’t do anything, didn’t take it seriously. The breakfast is overpriced! We will not return to this hotel!

Wonderful staff doing the best they can with a bit of a dated and not well kept hotel. Location is mid to old town (heavy tourist area) and saint jean (less touristy, more shopping).

Excellent location. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Standard room we stayed in was very tired. Quite small and dark. Desperately needed refubishung an modernising particularly the carpet and bathroom as there were stains on floors and walls and grubby corners. Didn't smell very fresh. Fortunately only booked 2 nights and we were out most of the time (so didn't bother complaining) but not a welcoming room to come back to.

I don't usually write reviews but don't feel like those available actually properly reflect this hotel. The condition and cleanliness of the room was very poor, the carpets were dirty and not vacuumed, there was hair on our towels on arrival and there was a stain on the sheets. The bathroom had no shower curtain or screen meaning the door was rotten at the bottom and there were other things in a general state of disrepair. The towels were replaced at the second time of asking and my concerns about the lack of a shower screen were met with a response like I was being stupid. The beach club is an extra 35 euros a day so don't be fooled into thinking it is included and to be honest, I'm baffled as to how this hotel maintains a 4 star rating given the lack of facilities. It does have redeeming qualities, the location is great, the bed was comfy and the aircon perfect.

The perfect location for the Ironman races since the location is near transition, the swim start, the finish and the triathlon village.

This was a beautiful property, and we had a wonderful stay overall. Would absolutely stay here again for the location and the hotel itself being so clean and comfortable. They gave us late check-out and then held our bags for us until we had to leave on our last day, which we truly appreciated. The only downsides were that check-in was supposed to be 3pm and we got there around 430pm expecting to be able to check-in right away but we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the room to become available which we found odd and we were glad we hadn’t shown up at 3pm expecting to check-on on time. There was also dried a splash from a drink on the headboard and the canvas photo above it, but other than that the room was very clean. One thing we did find odd is that when you check-in they tell you that you can only rent beach chairs at the front desk and only for cash, but when you go down to the beach you can pay by card and it is cheaper. Also when we went to the beach to rent 2 chairs for the day they refused to rent less chairs than people; there were 3 of us. Even though one of us only planning to swim and maybe sit on the edge of the chair for a few minutes at a time. They said 1 chair per person only. I’m not sure if this is a well-known rule, and that’s fine if it is but I just found it odd that even though 1 of us wasn’t planning to lounge out like 2 of us were that they refused to give us 2 chairs because there were 3 of us there. Just little things we noticed.
