Very noisy. Many bugs. Weed smell.

If you are from out of town and need a night or two, run dont walk somewhere else. I felt dirtier after the shower after a 20+ hour drive. If it wasnt so late and i wasnt exhausted, no chance i would have stayed. Filthy.

Room was dirty as well as the bathroom

Perfect place to relax for the night. Clean, right off a main road, convenient location.

Air conditioning didn’t work right, the whole room felt wet/damp and smelled musty really badly. There were dead bugs in the beds, pillows were so flat we could not even fold them in half for comfort. Call to front desk went unanswered. Bathroom had a lot dirt in the corners and mildew stains. We arrived at 10:15 at night and felt very uncomfortable with so many around that didn’t look like they were paying guests. I’ve stayed a lot of places. This by far is not only unsanitary but unsafe. None of us slept and finally packed up and just drove the 3 hours home.

There was filth covering the chair, dirty bathroom, stuff on the floor behind the bed and table, broken phone covered in sticky stuff. The lady at the reception desk was rude and when I mentioned safety she said they have a lot of drug dealers and prostitutes. We didn't feel safe and left a full day early just so we wouldn't have to stay in that place a second night. Gross! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The staff is nice and the property was well kept! The bed was comfy and even though you are on the 1st floor, it was not loud at all. The room floor was a little wet because of the AC (I hope) though so it wasn’t fun to walk around.

Rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

I stayed here when I went to a show at the Eastern States Expo. Normally I stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott, but it was booked so could only get one nite there.. Red Roof was just across the parking lot, so I booked 2nd nite there. Was told I could not check in early, it was pouring rain, and was also told I would only be able to wait in lobby 30 min. The rooms smelled like cheap perfume over musty odor. Would only go back if I had no option.

Amazing space clean and well maintained

It should be more lit in the parking lot it was not safe. We did not receive the snacks that we paid for. Neighbors were loud at midnight blaring music. Room was dirty walked in the door to a spider web and hair all over the floor. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor and stains on the linen.

Bit confusing first time entering the parking lot but other than that everything was fine

Pillows were flat, bed was lumy,r air conditioner was very loud, , not efficient , roomm carpet smelled of beer and piss. Paid a $50.00 fee, have to wait for it to be refunded? Never again, ashamed of you Expedia!

All of the front desk reps were wonderful however we dealt with Deb and Jeffrey most and they were amazing. They were very professional but they were also pleasant and patient. Jeffrey always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond his front desk duties. Deb was very quick to assist with finding us better rates and resulted in us saving money. Because of the 2 of them we stayed at Red Roof instead of looking for a different property as we are in the process of finding a new residence and Red Roof is our home until then. Housekeeping and maintenance staff was also very professional and helpful. they have a great team.

It was a decent stay. We needed something fast during a weekend that was extremely hard to find a vacancy and they had one room left. The room was clean but the bathroom needs renovation. Desperately needs a new tub. It worked for what we needed for one night. There were only 2 bath towels in the room. I guess that is standard. We had 4 people in our party for the one room. I asked the gentleman at the front desk for 2 more towels and he was giving some push back about giving me extra. That was a turn off. I don't know, I am paying for my stay. Can I please have some extra towels??

It was musty, dirty, the mattress pad was full of stains! Absolutely horrible
