Very tired towels, not much bigger than a hand-towel. Gotta improve those, and use some detergent that softens them, so they are not scratchy. There's a floor covering around the bed that should be removed -- a haven for germs and dirt, and stay with the wood floors.

Good price, counter in the lobby not clean and sticky

Being close to the freeway and airport it was a bit noisy

cob webs in corners of bathroom,room smelled musty had to go out and buy a candle to help with smell high pitch noise all night found out the next morningthat the noise was coming from the air conditioning unit for the office,.the morning after your stay noticed that the smoke Detector was hanging by the wires,plastic bag was over the sprinkler head .would NOT let my dog stay here!!!!

It’s in a good area on Wolf Road and there’s lots of restaurants, the staff is always friendly and the rooms are exactly what I need cause I leave at 8 o’clock in the morning and I come back around 8 o’clock at night so to pay about $65 a night is perfect for me when I’m up there for five days. Basically, I just need a bed in the toilet and the rooms are clean, not perfect but doable for me

Can’t beat this place for the price. It was perfect for sleeping/showering while we visited some friends in the area a couple of nights. Was it the Ritz, certainly not, but what can you expect for such an affordable price. It was clean enough, well stocked and functional. I wasnt comfortable on the mattress but it wasnt old, that’s just a personal preference. I do wish they were a tad flexible on check in time though. Based off of cars in the parking lot they didnt seem booked but when we got there an hour or so early, we were asked to come back in 30 which was only about 20 mins prior to listed check in. No biggie though. Would stay again.

The hotel has seen its wear and tear, that being said, it was very clean and comfortable. They could do with touching up chipped paint in the rooms but for the price I’ll take cleanliness overall which they had.

I stayed for 10 days and no service for the room! Not even a towel refresh

It was close to the airport. I found dog hairs on the bedding, mainly by the headboard. There was a gap in the door which allowed the cold in. They should consider replacing the lining in the door frame. The space in the shower and toilet area was small. I tried to call the front desk to tell them of the lines going across the TV screen but the room phone did not work. When attempted to call from my cell phone, there was no answer at the front desk. I called the corporate line and they had the same issue when calling the front desk. The lobby was hard to find when the only sign for it is under an overhang. There should be signage along the roadway directing people to the lobby for check-in. The bedding was very thin for the area of the country it was located. It was like having 2 sheets as a bed covering.

Extremely unprofessional and nasty service provided to customers at this specific Hotel location. Very displeased with our treatment and poor inept staff. I will never recommend or stay at any of these locations again

I was in a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke and had burn holes in the bedding. There was a hole in the wall partly covered by the headboard. Noted bad area by locals. NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AT THE AIRPORT HOTEL
