Always a pleasant stay here . The rates are great, it’s clean , and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

An average mid level hotel. The bathroom is interesting. The toilet is 13 inches high, shortest I seen since visiting China. The sink vanity is very low as well

The rooms are very dated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The train runs all day and night right behind the hotel.

Coming into the hotel, the woodwork and brick accents are beautiful. Big open bar/restaurant area. The rooms were clean, but the rooms are very outdated. The carpets old and the floor seemed broken in some spots. Could definitely use some upgrades. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We wnjoyed the bar and the food from the restaurant was hot and flavorful

The staff informed me at check in they don’t clean rooms anymore when you stay longer than 1 night, I don’t appreciate this with the prices we paid. Our room had a weird layout. The room was run down curtains didn’t block out light from train yard and it was bright at night. Bathroom had a dirty old hanging ceiling with dust all over it. Chipped tiles, faucet in tub leaked, and we couldn’t really get good hot water we were only given 2 towels for 2 queen bedroom. People were smoking pot on our floor and I did lodged a complaint nothing was done. 1 Elevator was out of order and parking was difficult.

The staff are great. The restaurant was good. Rooms are a good size. The rooms are a little worn and could use a freshen up.

Beautiful bar area, very clean and staff was kind and helpful, there were several sports teams in the building and zero noise heard from them at all. Rooms are a little dated but clean and great location.

It's a good stay..

Room was clean enough just remodeled poorly. They failed to clean my room the first night, but brought fresh towels up immediately with fresh Keurig cups (I hadn't thought of that) when I reported.

My stay was short, but everything was good. Friendly staff, clean facility. It was good for me.

Not overly clean. Aging. Quite a few degenerate druggies around

Room was pricey for what we got paint peeling off doors ect.. bed was squeeky /broken and hard , pillows uncomfortable. Desk staff was good , bar was pricey small drinks for what you paid . Didnt really try the food besides fries (ok ) , cheesecake very warm and mushy

Breakfast was the worst part of this experience

I will never stay at that hotel again. The beds and pillows were horrible I did not sleep at all and then the next morning my back was wrenched. Staff didn’t even ask how our stay was when we checked out.

The rooms were not clean.
