The staff at check in was snarky with me, made it seem like they were doing favours but actually made life difficult. The fitted sheets on the bed were literally worn through and had holes in them. The tap on the tub was so finicky and very difficult to pull up so the water came out of the shower head. There were private swim lessons happening in the pool during hotel guest hours, which made it difficult for my kids to swim without disrupting the lessons, which took up most of the pool. The walls have almost no soundproofing, and we could hear entire conversations through the walls of our room. Will not be staying there again.

My room was clean. The lady who checked me in was really nice and helpful. I do wish I could have used the pool however there were lessons going on and people I assume parents of the lesson kids sitting in all the chairs with all of their and their kids winter gear there. Breakfast was alright a bit more variety would be welcome but it was clean.

Rooms are clean but the building material in the rooms seem to have downgraded from the last time I stayed. Some of the front desk staff English needs some work.

Building and furniture was old but clean and breakfast was good

Booked for my son, unfortunately he forgot his credit card. The clerk was nice enough to allow him to check in and pay a $275 deposit mut only returned 245$ they charged him a $30 fee for having to pay a cash deposit. The fee seems unusual but happy they were permitted to stay

Quick check in, friendly staff, room upgrade, good location , very good hot breakfast included. Restaurants and shopping nearby , swimming pool with water slide , will stay here again when I come to Calgary

The stay was pleasant and the beds comfortable though the furniture and chairs were very worn and one creaked. The continental breakfast was very good. It looked like the kids were enjoying the pool. The hot tub needs to be drained and scrubbed - pretty unsavory. Staff were pleasant and helpful in a challenging circumstance. Overall I would return but PLEASE scour that hot tub! The price was reasonable.

The waterslide was a hit but the pool area could use some TLC. The room was clean but the pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. Breakfast was fairly standard but not well stocked. The value wasn't there for the price.
