Vi har bodd på Saratoga tidligere, og er superfornøyd med hotellet og servicen. Perfekt beliggenhet og lett adkomst til og fra flyplassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen :)

Great hotel with convenient location. Friendly staff. Loved the rooftop area despite the 18+ people hen party who dominated all 12 sun loungers!

Lovely hotel - rooms were very stuffy and we had a hard time controlling the temperature, but otherwise, a great place to stay.

No aircondition in the room, only heat. We had to open the door all the nights. It’s noisy in the mornings. Beds were terrible. Good breakfast, nice people who work there.

Air conditioning was not effective

This hotel is all about the location, it is excellent! The area is so central and makes it easy to get around. The staff are really nice and helpful, and was made to feel very welcome. I was a solo female traveller and never felt awkward or unwelcome. Only thing I would point out is I would have preferred a room not on the ground floor, (purely from a safety point of view being a solo female), but otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel and highly recommend.

The location is fantastic minutes from main shopping, the rambles is a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Minutes from main bus stops. Clean room amazing bathroom free standing bath. Choose the design suite very roomy. The TV’s were hard to navigate. The breakfast was standard nothing outstanding. Staff lovely and property very clean housekeeping very good

Fantastiskt läge, mycket centralt och nära till allt - både sevärdheter och restauranger. Utsökt frukost - riklig och varierad, bland de bästa jag har ätit i Spanien. Mycket fint inrett hotell, rymliga rum och badrum. Härlig relax-avdelning och skybar högst upp (jättefin utsikt)! Ett toppenboende i Palma. 🌟🌟🌟

A really lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Palma close to the cathedral and marina Probably the friendliest staff I have come across. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the rooftop bar a pool. No real negatives

Ganska så slitet o inte speciellt rent. Mycket trevlig personal vägde upp helhetsintrycket en smula.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt :) die Lage des Hotels ist super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Vi var 3 personer på juniorsiden. God plass til alle og balkong. Dårlig air.con. Ble tett og varmt om natta. Ellers prima fasiliteter, hyggelig personale. God frokost ( dessverre ikke inkludert). Brukte ikke bassengområdene da det var regn og kaldt vær, men de så fine ut!! Anbefaler gjerne hotellet til andre, og kommer gjerne igjen selv

Ligger meget centralt. Stort dejligt morgenbuffet.
