All the staff there was very nice and it was also easy for us to get parking!

No ac, no maintenance on site, and the toilet would not flush without stopping up. Worst stay ever.

AC didn’t work. Wasn’t even turned on for cooling and it was 100 degrees outside. I can’t sleep if it’s 70 or above. Never got below 70 in the room. Also the toilet kept stopping up. Wasn’t anything I did…. Maintenance didn’t come until we were packing up to check out. Also asked about a cruse shuttle to the port 3/4 mile away, they said there isn’t one. But we walked out the building the next morning and one was sitting out front. Horrible experience. Will not stay at this place again.

The property was showing age and bathrooms needs mold attention on the shower. There was way too much carpet fresh and bad airfreshner in the rooms, breakfast was just mediocre. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Food was hot and there were enough options. The room was very spacious and quiet. One thing that would make it better would be free parking.

Quick and ready

The staff at the Hyatt Place were attentive and amazing. There were a mass amount of of people pulling them in all directions, from the front-desk to the valet but the hotel staff remained so courteous and professional. My room was nice and comfortable. We were placed on the 3rd floor which provided an additional seating area, which was absolutely wonderful. My only concern was the bathroom in our room. There was visible mold in the shower stall, that was concerning, and the water pooled in the stall making it a slip hazard.

Bed was comfortable, good breakfast

Pay close attention you either need to find parking or pay $45 a day for their service. Not horrible especially if you use public transportation while there. Very good breakfast and just a couple blocks from the city's trains and trolleys.

Great Hayatt never disappoints

Everything you needed was neat and clean. Front desk ladies where very professional.

The location to the convention center was perfect. Easy to walk across the street. The breakfast in the morning offered many options.

Best breakfast we have had in a hotel in many years! Breakfast/kitchen workers very on top of things! Front desk staff friendly. Room was the normal hotel room. Very clean. Our downfall was the parking. 53 per night for valet. No self parking. We got around that issue unknowingly. We self parked the parking garage next door at $25 per day. We didn’t use our car at all. So we were only charged $25 total for three nights.

Delicious breakfasts, attentive staff, but older building. Functional but not luxurious. Easily accessible to convention center and warehouse district, father from business center and french quarter.

Enjoyed our stay. Hope to visit again in the future.

Did not include parking for cruise duration despite calling and verifying prior to making reservation when i was assured it did. Cost almost 300 more than anticipated

The front desk clerk was perfect and very patient when other customers were rude and explained and solved every problem and the valet attendant was attacked today and he was patient the work staff was polite about the breakfast I was extremely impressed
