Great location

The hotel is located at the heart of Paris and 2-mins walk to the Metro station. The reception is helpful and kind (As i asked for changing the room from a one King bed room to a two single-beds room, they helped me to change once the room was available on my second-day stay). For the room, it was clean and relatively spacious compared to the 4-star hotels in Paris, with traditional-french decorations in the hotel. Upon my stay experience, I highly recommend tourists or business travellers to stay in this hotel. 非常推薦來住這間飯店（非常好的服務.地點以及房間）！！！

很多的旅遊點可步行到，例如巴黎鐵塔，凱旋門，羅浮宮等。酒店價格適中，若可包早餐更好。員工服務態度很好，很樂意幫住客解答問題。附近的餐廳商舖很多，用餐及購物亦方便！

Excellent room with good feel and interior. I like the mini lift very much, it seems older than me ^^

房間太小，網路非常差，只有地點位置是四星級的感覺，可能因為住的是單人房，網路上看到的照片可能是比較高級雙人房，住過其他巴黎飯店，它比較像很好的三星，但沒有四星級的整體 the room is very small, the wifi is very bad ,it's like a great 3 stars hotel but not the 4 stars for my single room

飯店很安靜，但早上七點左右，會聽到外面傳來垃圾車的聲音。房間內沒有電熱水瓶。 櫃台人員很熱心。

With exception of one concierge the hotel was perfect.

Le personnel était très aimable. La chambre en suite junior était très confortable. L’emplacement était excellent et permettait un accès facile à tous les sites touristiques. Le seul inconvénient était que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. À part cela, tout était parfait, et j’aimerais séjourner à nouveau ici lors de ma prochaine visite à Paris.

観光名所にほぼ歩いて行ける便利な立地は最高です！ また、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で安心して滞在できました。 一つだけ玉に瑕はグラスやワイングラスを使用して片付けると、補充されなかったこと。フロントにお願いすればすぐに持ってきてくれますが、日によってあったりなかったりでちょっとだけ困りました。 でもまたパリに行くときはこちらに宿泊したいです。

This place is a “must stay” if you are looking in Paris City centre . Its calm and chic . Professional front desk staff always pleasant . We will return

Lovely hotel, great location, super staff but lacked an iron in the room and had reduced hot water for 2 days.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating on all fronts! Location to metro was great and walkable for many sites. One minor suggestion is to provide complimentary coffee that could be available at 5 am as I'm sure a lot of people could benefit from that with early flights, etc. I would stay at the Mayfair Paris again!

Perfekt placering i byen, pænt rent rummeligt værelse med virkelig god seng og pænt badeværelse. Et virkelig rart hotel at bo på.
