I booked on hotels.com, and paid online. Usually in such case, we no need to pay anything when check-in due to already paid to hotels. But the reception asks to use my credit card for an additional US$100 as guarantee in case any food or room expense. I have not used anything, but found the US$100 has not been refunded to my credit card.

O hotel é ótimo. Desde o check in os funcionários foram atenciosos e se mostraram solícitos a nos proporcionar uma hospedagem confortável e o café da manhã é gostosos também. Uma das maiores comodidades é a localização. O hotel fica muito próximo ao metrô o que facilita a locomoção. Com certeza voltaremos.

O hotel é bom , confortável , ótima localização e atendimento . Porém não tem service room , a piscina estava em “manutenção” . Poderiam ter dado desconto na diária pela piscina que não estava funcionando .

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, perto de vários locais como o Sky Costanera, Cerro San Cristoban e a 100m do metrô.

Banheiro horrivel e quarto muito antigo.

Park Plaza é um hotel sofisticado com preço bom. A localização é excelente, perto do metrô Los Leonês. A recepção é bem simpática. O café da manhã variado e farto. Com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente.

Il est indiqué sur le site massage, sauna c’est la raison pour laquelle j’ai choisi cet hôtel. Mais oh surprise le sauna ne fonctionne pas en plus dans un piteux état et le massage n’existe plus depuis le Covid Ce serait bien de mettre à jour les informations. Pas satisfait du tout

The hotel staff were fantastic - very friendly and very helpful. The room was outdated but okay The restaurant in the hotel was basic, some staff were friendly but the majority (mainly the younger male waiters) were unwelcoming!!

Hotel oferece estacionamento mas o local é longe do hotel e tem que voltar caminhando ou tem que deixar o carro na rua. Não gostei pois as fotos também enganam.

Had a great time here. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond with a few extra requests we had. Room was very good, quiet, comfortable big bed and great shower. Great location lots of restaurants bars and shops within 10 minutes walk.
