Hotel jadul tapi tetap keren. Dekat dengan mall-mall & stasiun kereta. Recommended buat yang mau eksplor daerah Odaiba.

It was great. But you have to pay extra if you want to swim, for gym its free. Japanese people are stick to the rules, once when I want to go down to the restaurant for breakfast, they tell me to go back to my room to change my sandal because I wear the slipper (well I don't read the rules book on the room) so please read all the rules. The bad things also happen when I found a tissue with blood in the tissue box in the toilet (I swear it's not me). I don't report this because i’m too lazy to deal with the staff so I just throw that. Overall breakfast was great, view and the staff was nice.

Need a long time to check in , I was waiting for 30 minutes, the bags they need 1 hour to find our bags. For this expensive hotel for sure very bad service indeed . 1 hour & 20 minutes for the bag to be delivered to my Room. Also the last 2 days we stay there, not very friendly as none of the staff smile, seems they tired working or they forget smile is a good thing to see at that hotel. The staff is either tired or need to relax a bit. And breakfast was too long to wait so if you want breakfast get ready for waiting around 15-30 minutes. Also if you not priority then good luck on breakfast or check in check out waiting in line.
