四星飯店，服務非常好，交通超方便，土爾火車站一出站就到，可惜我們此次行程遇到火車罷工，車班延遲，在波爾圖趕不上前往土爾的火車，無法如期入住，儘管如此，隔天早上抵達飯店時，服務人員還是非常熱心的表示可以提供我們原訂房間讓我們休息到中午，雖然因為接下來有行程婉拒，還是讓我們感受到飯店的人情味。

離車站近，隔音很好，不會吵。

Bon séjour de 1 nuit pour le travail. Je recommande cet hôtel, seulement il faut s’attendre à du bruitage venant de la circulation côté rue. Déçue par le manque d’accompagnement par le personnel à l’arrivée dans l’hôtel. Sinon rien à dire côté petit déjeuner qui est très bon avec un large choix mais également côté propreté rien à dire tout est propre que ce soit au sein de l’hôtel et dans la chambre.

Un seul oreiller… une première ! Très froid dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Et plus de gel douche dans le flacon de la douche….

かなり早く到着しましたがお部屋があいていたため入れていただきました。とても静かで快適。広く、使いやすいです。

駐車場は個別スペースなので良い。出口は狭く、ゴミ箱が置いてあったため、かなり出にくかった。それがなければ評価はMAXでした。

Convenient location to train station, but also hear the trains in the morning

The hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul, including new windows to keep out the noise from the train station. It’s definitely not what you’d expect for a 4 star hotel. It is clean and fairly centrally located though, and reasonable value for money at the prices they are currently charging through booking sites.

Simple et efficace … lit bébé sans supplément . On aurait apprécié d’avoir plus que 2 chaînes télé , mais bon … Tout le monde a bien dormi et on n’entendait pas les voisins . La est le principal

There are 7 floors and only 1 lift working, takes forever to go up and down as the lift hardly fits more than 5 Parking is super super tiny (a normal car takes 2 parking spaces) and annoying to get in and out due to having to enter 2 different codes and costs 12 euros a day for the privilege If you get a street facing room it can be noisy in the evening TV is old school and not smart

Service de petit déjeuner nul, nous sommes arrivés 1 mn à 10h01 avant la fin du service 10h , le personnel a remballé devant nous toutes les viennoiseries et boissons en refusant de nous servir !!!

Colle à la gare, tres bruyant avec les annonces SNCF avant 7h du matin. Les chambres sont grandes, bonne literie. Par contre, nous avons retrouvé du saucisson sous le lit ! Petit déjeuner convenable et varié.
