Staff was great and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Would recommend.

Nice area.

Very nice and clean, and friendly.

The room wasn’t ready. We were on a non-smoking floor and all we kept smelling in our room was weed smell. They did come and spray some stuff but it still shouldn’t have happened. Breakfast was bad they knew the size crowd they were gonna have and should have been more prepared. A lot of the stuff was not filled so we had very little to pick from for breakfast. Front desk people were very courteous.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions of things going on in town to go to and were all very nice to talk to (front desk, cleaning staff and food service). Breakfast is great.

The check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. The female staff member taking care of the continental breakfast area was friendly and the breakfast area was very neat and tidy. Food was good and fresh. She wiped off the tables promptly and even helped us throw away our used items when we were finished. The room was spacious and bed was clean. Several floor tiles were loose in the lobby and room, and the carpet stained in places. We were happy with the stay and would return if in the area.

From the moment I arrived the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our jacuzzi room and will be back!

Front staff was very helpful

The staff were friendly and professional. However there were some cleanliness issues. The shower would clog up and take a very long time to drain. There was visible mold in the drain hole of the sink.

Great continental breakfast and comfortable beds. Clean. Small television and ABSOLUTELY THE SMALLEST SHORTEST TOILET I have ever seen. It made the stay difficult for 4 senior women, one of whom needs a cane and struggles with mobility. Time for an UPGRADE!!

Clean, Accessible. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hallways until midnight and booking for 4 people but only getting 3 towels in our room.

The room was comfortable clean bed was nice and comfortable. Location was perfect right off the freeway perfect only problems I had is our upstairs neighbors we're just really loud throughout the night and didn't get much sleep so I got up early and left so I can go home and get some sleep.

Front desk associates were amazing very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean but tile in the bathrrom was coming up

Nice and relaxing

The best hotels are the ones you don't have to comment on. The property is close to the Birch Run outlets and Frankenmuth, it would be a good option for exploring both areas. The breakfast was good, standard hotel fare, but fresh and well prepared. I would recommend this hotel.

Everyone was super nice, the rooms were clean, pillows were great and even the breakfast was fantastic!

Property is needing some updates. Paint, cleaning, carpet, bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Probably a 3.5 of 5 stars.
