Good location and clean room. The shower head is not so convenient for kids as it is fixed on the wall.

We stayed here many times and always satisfied. Highly reccomended.

I ordered the fruit salad with natural yogurt for breakfast and was unfortunately very disappointed as there was an extremely small amount of yogurt for a breakfast meal. On a positive note, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is amazing.

Mereka membebankan biaya yang tidak saya pakai setelah saya check out, 3 kali pembebanan totalnya Aud 232 untungnya saya mengecek pemakaian kartu kredit saya. Saya berusaha menghubungi via telpon tapi tidak bisa dan juga email tidak ada respond. Jika saya sudah kembali ke Indonesia, mungkin akan lain lagi ceritanya, kebetulan saya masih ada di kota perth, sehingga saya datang langsung ke hotel. Staff di front desk bernama julia tidak ramah dan seolah menganggap itu kesalahan input biasa saja, dan dia berjanji untuk segera merefund dana tersebut ke kartu kredit saya. Refund sudah berhasil, tapi saya kecewa dengan cara julia menangani masalah ini. Bagi saya Novotel langley hanya bagus di lokasi, dinding antar kamar tidak kedap suara, hotel agak tua, tidak tersedia sikat gigi di kamar, saat kami minta mereka bilang memang tidak disediakan tp akhirnya mereka kirim juga. Jadi cukup sekali saja dan hati2 jika memberikan data kartu kredit saat diminta deposit. Pastikan cek notifikasi kartu kredit walau sudah check out.

Super love to be here. The room is pretty big, service is good and fast, and the location is also great too. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay or to Murray Mall, and you can also catch CAT bus too. It's free and you can go to every tourism place with that bus. Awesome.
