服務人員態度冷漠，房間有異味，整體環境不是很乾淨，完全沒有四星級飯店應該有的水準，相當失望，給我們在巴黎的最後一晚，留下不好的回憶。

The most terrible hotel i have ever experienced in my whole life!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is totally different from the description on the website!!!!!!!! The room is so so so so small and without city view, but the description is 17m2 and with city view, and i've discussed with hotel.com about the room, they agreed to upgrade the room and they will pay the upgrade fee to me, but the fact is i paid this and they didn't reply my mail in two months!!!!!!! I called hotel.com again and again and it's still under discuss!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it, conveniently located in Paris city center extremely walkable and close to Metro station, pleasant staff.

Well located hotel for bars restaurants and exploring the city. Clean, comfortable room with coffee facilities. Reception staff were very helpful. Would return again.

The breakfast was top notch. They served meats, eggs, yogurt, bread, cereals, espresso, fruit; pretty much everything. The location was excellent because it was near restaurants and shops.

Only 4 stars because I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key opened the door. No other issues and was a lovely hotel!

Huone oli siisti ja toimiva. Näkymä sisäpihalle, jonka vuoksi melutonta. Huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Jääkaappiin laitettiin joka päivä pari vesipulloa. Henkilökunta oli iloista ja ystävällistä. Aamupalalla oli ihan perustuotteita. (18€). Ympäristössä on paljon hyviä ravintoloita, leipomoita, yms. Sijainti oikein hyvä. Miinuksena se, ettei ilmastoinnilla saanut viilennystä ( rikki?).

The locations was amazing very central for everything highly recommend it. All staff were nice and friendly and everything so clean.

Stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights, it was lovely! Staff is kind, attentive, and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect. 5 star stay, though the property itself could use minimal upgrades!

Outstanding customer service from the moment we entered until we left. Very clean and comfortable room. Fabulous location and near a metro station.
