酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。

Close to Metro and the Stadium of Real Madrid. Easy to get around within the city by Metro. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. Very good overall and value for money.

The location is away from the old town. I personally prefer the old town area. But the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is standard buffet and has all we need.

Hôtel est très bien situé propre. Le service est impeccable. On peut avoir accès au centre ville en moins de 10 min en métro c’est très bien desservis. Idem pour l’aéroport Uber est à seulement 22€ en moyenne.

Room was smaller than how it looked in the picture, Staff and amenities were very nice. One thing to improve is the elevators, from 3 of them one was out of service all time and the system they used for elevators was inconvenient. You spend a lot of time waiting.

They first gave us two occupied rooms and did not really excused themselves for putting the other guests and us in a very embarrassing position. We felt it was a bit light.
