NO wifi in the room and parking fee EUR13.5 per day is high. The Parking space is very small

I enjoy the stay in the hotel. It was closely located to the Bahn station (maillingerstraße) and supermarket. What made the stay more enjoyable was the considerate services provided by the hotel. They allowed us to check in earlier after the tiring overnight bus ride and I highly appreciated that. The staff members were friendly and they were very attentive to our needs and offered help! The breakfast was also very nice. The room was very clean and well equipped (just if the aircon can be stronger, that would be perfect).

早餐豐盛，房間舒適，負評當中較多提到的鄰路噪音問題，對我並未造成困擾，個人認為可接受。必須要說的是離S-bahn遠，U-bahn稍微近一些，適合輕便行李的旅客，對於要拉大行李箱移動的人來說算是一段不短的距離，須仔細考慮。

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage. Gutes Frühstück und saubere Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, obwohl wir schon vormittags angereist sind, konnten wir schon unser Zimmer beziehen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Property wes good, room was fine , breakfast was varied but staff weren't very efficient, we had to asfor drinks, plates & more hot food.

While all good and fairly convenient we wished the room had been bigger. It’s rather tight given the fact that we travelled with more luggage than we normally would. We came from the US for two weeks in total and felt a bit cramped. Another issue was a very tight parking spot in the garage. Realizing this building was build in the 60’s and cars where smaller I had a very difficult and trying time to get our vehicle in the assigned parking spot. Our rental car company assigned us a bigger car than originally booked which seemed ok but when it came to parking underground it was challenging inching it back into the parking spot with 2 centimeters to spare on each side of the mirrors as not to scrape them…!!! Service all around was good, enjoyed your daily “reichhaltiges“ Frühstück.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very easy to get to the U or S bahn. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again.
