Good hotel, pool was small but nice (no hot tub). Would have been nice to heat the pool. Some cleanliness issues – the towel rack in the pool was falling apart and the west staircase has some peeling paint and what appeared to be mold. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Friendly front desk.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Some traffic noise in rooms from heavy or noisy vehicles.

We were very comfortable for our stay at Fairfield Inn Joplin. The bed was very comfortable, linens were soft and clean. There was no noise from the hallway or other guests. The bedroom was a bit small but the handicap accessible bathroom was absolutely *wonderful*. My husband and I are both physically handicapped and having the luxury of the walk in shower and rainforest showehead was simply delightful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The toilet tank did develop a leak which flooded the bathroom floor. My husband borrowed a screwdriver from the Front Desk and was able to fix the problem. The bathroom sink had a slow drip also (reported to the Front Desk) Staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Cleaning staff did a great job.

Room was a little musty, they were working on a new roof. Beds were stiff, but everything seemed clean.

Nice room close to food and hot shower

I've stayed there on two occasions. Both times, between 8 & 10, various groups returned to the hotel, noisy and smoking a lot of weed inside, the smell spreading into my room.

The hotel was very clean as were the rooms which were very inviting and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast bar had several options. The only drawback was the pool heater was not working.

My prefers a bathtub over shower, the heater was out in the pool.

We had a quick stay- went right to bed- breakfast right at 6:00 am and back on the road. All staff were very nice. Breakfast was good!

Liked the location and courteous manner of the staff but they say the double occupancy room sleeps 5 but there is technically only room for 4…. And not enough linens in the bathroom for showering other than that it was a good experience…
