簡單又舒適之酒店

一貫Ibis酒店風格，簡單又舒服。免費早餐種類雖不多，但美味足夠！

我在這住了一個晚上，提早到了酒店，職員在一小時內把房間交了給我，值得一讚。酒店有包早餐，可是我有火車要趕沒有吃，房間很整潔而且很安靜。wifi 密碼要到櫃檯拿，職員很好解答了我所有的問題，部景點機可以用走的，也鄰近地鐵站

AS IBIS style, the price is acceptable and all things are expected. Good !!

The best location for what we wanted to visit... very quiet and clean environment. The staff was friendly and helpful with our million of requests, and questions...

Nice room, nearly enough glass on the shower to contain the water.

Great area to stay. Hotel clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

Gente linda y profesional, nos trataron muy bien. Nos guardaron las valijas cuando hicimos check out para disfrutar la ciudad, cuarto estaba todo normal. Nos ayudaron con direcciones y llamaron los taxis.

The Room Was Prety Small For The Price

I loved my stay. While friends were paying 5x the rate to be a block away this offered a reasonable price in clean, spacious rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are very wine friendly- having wine themed rooms, a wine tasting room that myself and friends (from the fancy hotel that wouldn't provide cups and wouldn't allow bottles anywhere on their roof) a place to do some tasting. There is wine on tap in the lobby - a bit pricey, but available 24h. Only downside was the view. See picture. Otherwise a fridge was there, desk for work, and a big washroom with shower. No amenites like a pool or gym unfortunately.

Todo muy bien. La ubicación excelente. La atención de todo el personal de recepción sobresaliente. El cuarto en excelentes condiciones. Desayuno sobresaliente particularmente café y pan. De hecho voy a volver a hospedarme ahi

O Ibis nos surpreendeu! Ótima localização, super central, no Barrio de Las Letras, com muitos cafés e restaurantes, café da manhã delicioso e completo, staff muito simpático! A Catarina que arrumava os quartos era muito gentil! A única coisa que pontuaria é que os quartos são bem barulhentos, caso precise abrir as janelas. No nosso caso, não gostamos tanto de ar condicionado e precisávamos abrir a janela. Se fechada, porém, e ligado o ar condicionado, fica ótimo, pois é anti ruído! Eu voltaria com certeza!

El hotel se encuentra en el corazon del centro de Madrid. Del hotel puedes llegar caminando a varios sitios de interés: Museo del Prado, Puerta de Alcalá, La gran Via, entre otros mas.

Llegamos y no nos respetaron la reserva. Nos cambiaron de hotel aludiendo que había un huésped enfermo; mi esposo tiene discapacidad visual y nos mandaron caminando al otro.
