提早抵達，大概11點，飯店人員很親切讓我們先入住，離開時也很熱情的詢問是否要協助叫計程車或是協助公車指引，非常友善。一入住時也透過地圖直接讓我們更認識這個城市與區域，飯店所在的那條街就是tapas有名的街，可以看到很多人聚集在這小酌吃tapas，但夜間並不會感到吵雜，非常好的地點

交通便捷，生活機能很好，飯店人員服務態度很好，CP值高，房間整理很乾淨！ 如果可以換一下吹風機，那更好

飯店旁就是美食街,抵達的時候服務人員很熱心地跟我們介紹附近的景點及交通方式,也很熱心地跟我們介紹如何上網訂Alhambra的門票,房間的部分也是很ok的,整體來說值得推薦喔!

位置非常好，附近餐廳逛街都很方便，交通非常好

地點方便，距離火車站約15-20分鐘，但景點及購物商店都在附近，酒店設施較舊。

Close to the attractions within walking distance, Restaurants and bars just in the downstairs quite hilarious but noisy of drunken revelers were disturbing, room was clean and space enough.

The room is clean. Reception is nice. Good location near to the main street and bus station. Navas street have many restaurant and bar. Its easy to find a good restaurant for lunch or dinner. But the street is full of ppl till midnight. It's a bit noisy actually. WiFi is okay.

As acomodações eram ótimas! O hotel muito bem localizado! Equipe simpática e prestativa.

O hotel é extremamente organizado e bem conservado superando desde o início nossas expectativas. Ficamos em um quarto com um tamanho ótimo, muito confortável. O banheiro também é amplo e conta com um chuveiro excelente, o que faz toda a diferença após um dia de passeios. O café da manhã é muito bom, seguindo o padrão europeu, com opções frescas, ovos mexidos e variadas opções para começar bem o dia. Um dos grandes pontos altos da nossa estadia foi o atendimento. O recepcionista Eduardo foi super prestativo e gentil; ele nos deu as melhores dicas de roteiros, onde comer e o que visitar, o que otimizou muito nosso roteiro em Granada. A localização é imbatível. O hotel fica em uma rua de pedestres, cercado por bares e restaurantes famosos (o quarto tem um excelente isolamento acústico). Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé, já que é perto de todos os pontos principais. Só precisamos utilizar ônibus para visitar bairros mais distantes e chegar à Alhambra. Recomendo muito para quem busca praticidade, conforto e um atendimento diferenciado!

El hotel es cómodo y muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Rodeado de bares y restaurantes. Solo que nos tocó una habitación en la esquina de dos callejones y había mucho ruido por las mañanas.

Tout était parfait l'hôtel ,très beau ,tout neuf l rénover, très bien situé, très bon petit-déjeuner buffet à 10 € seulement, les personnels excellente

Don’t hesitate to stay at this lovely little hotel. It’s on a pedestrian street with restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Walkable to many of the sights. The rooms are not huge but the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is not huge, and the bacon is quite undercooked for this Canadian, but you’ll find something enjoyable.

Centrally located, ideal for walking around the city, shopping with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants nearby.

Great staff

Staff were very friendly and room was decent sized and clean. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof, so you hear everyone in the hallway all night, there is also construction going on and they started early in the morning.
