There's a 50 deposit cash only I had a used towel hanging on the back door of the bathroom Room was decent Bathroom is small and no place to store your soap or body wash in shower Overall I would stay again

Great place to stay when apartment complex is acting up and fixing AC!

Staff was very attentive. Pleasant stay. Some fixtures in thr room need attention, but oth than that thd room was good.

Continental breakfast was terrible

It was cheaper than surrounding properties and the AC worked. Aside from that, sleeping in your car might be a viable option instead. Facility was lacking maintenance, staff was scarce, sheets were dirty, and breakfast offerings were a joke. Rotten bananas, stale bagels that crumbled, bread that birds wouldn’t eat, and the only things I felt safe in consuming were cereal and coffee creamer.

Nothing

The sheets were dirty and stained. The beds were uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. There were unsavory people loitering in the parking lot.

Hotel is in terrible shape. Nothing works the way it should. The sheets were filthy. The breakfast might be ok but I wouldn’t know because I left as soon as I could.

Heavy Marijuana smell begins from the lobby, the moment you step into the hotel, and everywhere until you go to your room. I stayed a week, and the smell never went away. WORSE HOTEL EVER. Everything is broken and dirty, with bugs in the room. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. People (looks kinda homeless) smoking WEED all over, LIKE outside the hotel, every single entrance, swimming pool, etc. This type of hotel shouldn't be listed by Orbit at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED..

Bad smell in the room specially when I enter

We had a room with bugs everywhere, stains on the bed, and cigarette holes on the floor and bed. Luckily, someone was excellent in resolving the problem by moving us to another room that had been properly sprayed down and cleaned, no bugs or stains. Big props to him, but hoping management will take better care of the rooms to prevent the issue with the first room happening again. I hope Expedia also will move away from occupation tourism in the West Bank, and also accurately state that the rooms here are not refundable. On night two, the manager also kept bugging us by repeatedly knocking the door to check how things were going, while also being non-responsive to the concerns we shared about the first room. The bathtub was peeling in both rooms. The breakfast is understocked and kinda sad. Smells like smoke throughout the entire building despite it supposedly being non-smoking. I was able to find better places nearby with similar prices at the end of our reservation, so take the extra effort to look for them. This one is not the worst out there, but it's pretty uncomfortable. The employees seem to be the only good elements of this place.

While brushing my teeth a roach ran across the mirror. Hotel hallways smelled dank like stale weed and cigarettes. There was a homeless guy in the bushes eating pizza. Breakfast was lackluster. They were serving small pigs n a blanket, they put out a total of 6 out while I was down there for 30 minutes. Several people came down and there was nothing left. Don't know what I was expecting for $70

Though there was a bit of a hiccup over my reservation, I was checking in super late, the hotel honored the reservation and told me that I could clear up any discrepancy in the morning. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the night guy Alex.

It was convenient for where I needed to be. The place was very dirty there was black curly hair in the beds there was dirt and Lent all over the beds the floors looked at their head they had not been vacuumed, the bathtub could only get hot water so you can barely stand to shower the knob was broken and you could barely turn the water on. There were signs everywhere that said 100% smoke-free however the entire facility smell of cigarette smoke marijuana smoke cigar smoke and very stale
