Our check in was so smooth. Requested a high rise room, and they accommodated wonderfully with a 20th floor beautiful view! Rooms are super clean, will absolutely stay again.

Dirty and old Carpet not good and holes

Overall one of our favorite places to stay in Central Florida.

Check in was quick and room was ready at 3 pm. Room was basic. Nice view of Universal. Comfortable beds. Advertised happy hour and food were non existent. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast buffet looked lackluster and was $23. Walked next door to IHOP where a great breakfast was $10. Pool area was decent. Overall hotel was fine - very average - but Libby signs about food were not accurate.

The elevator stop with a guest inside of it. Checking in took a long time because the staff was low.

Amazing view

Nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Great location. Delicious breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk to universal studios. 10/10

It was a huge complex-we were to have another unit but it wasn't going to be ready for a long time so we entered our unit which was in somewhat disarray-the cleaning people had not finished. We then waited almost and hour and one'half before someone came to take us to another room. This, after we had been told someone would come right away! It was already past our dinner time also.

Convenient to attractions an interstate. Everything was really nice.

The first night I arrived and they were over booked. They sent me to another property that was not accommodating and went back to them and they sent me to a different property. It was hours before I finally got checked in at 3 AM. They were supposed to have credited me for that night and it never happened

Great property great stay great staff easy check in amazing room!

The air conditioner sounded like it was a squeaky clock and that it needed to be oiled. It was supremely loud and very hard for you to sleep. We actually had to leave early because we couldn't sleep. Please fix 1002's air conditioner to make it not as loud and obnoxious. Other than that, the place was clean and staff was friendly.

Four Points is in a perfect location for Universal Studios Orlando. We chose a City View room and the view was amazing. We didn't get a chance to experience the food, but the staff was friendly and quick to answer any requests.

Decent stay

I have NO COMPLAINTS!!! The property & staff are great.

Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The property was super convenient for a quick trip to Universal Studios/City Walk.
