The rooms show signs of age

Pedro from front desk gave a warm welcome when we checked in. He has made us to good start with our stay.

整體住宿很好，環境清静，餐廳風景優美，只是我們預訂兩間房間，職員將我們分開一個房間在一樓，一間在7樓，令我們有點不方便!

可能房间是新装修的原因，有点味道。开车前往一定注意路线

I booked this hotel because it has Free Parking. But when I checked in, I was told that the car park was full, and I need to pay EUR5 to EUR8 (I forgot exactly how much is it) to park in the garage. I showed them the "Free Parking" statement in Hotels.com, but the manager still said he doesn't know why Hotels.com pointed out "Free Parking" and he didn't want to provide free parking. I asked him why he didn't provide the service which they have promised and we negotiate for a while, after that the manager said there was one more parking space available and he finally provided the parking but it took 20 mins.

酒店位置極近名勝区，出入遊覽極之方便，泊車位充足，在一處泊車困難多旅遊点，给自駕遊的住客有很大幫助。

Personnel très accueillants L’hôtel est bien situé.Par contre problème d’humidité ,et moisissures sur le rebord des fenêtres.Le déjeuner était correct

Overall we loved the hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were very clean and they have a great view. One criticism ... the restaurant needs a new cook. The food was mediocre. When asked to recook a steak that was served raw the restaurant staff took over 40 minutes to redo the order. And even then the steak was brought back just as raw as before. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel

Et lidt ældre hotel, men moderniseret og flot pyntet til jul. Rent og pænt. God morgenmad, hvor personalet virkelig gjorde sig umage. Et rart sted. Nok det bedste sted at bo i Sintra.

Great location in the Sintra center. Breakfast was a highlight with beautiful views of the mountainside. Very helpful and friendly staff as well.

Funcionários atenciosos, quarto amplo, porém mais antigo. Café da manhã bom e ótima localização.

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado, o quarto é extremamente limpo, espaçoso e arrumado. Excelente custo benefício. Quando voltar me hospedarei nesse mesmo hotel
