The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!

The staff was very accommodating and our stay was fine. The $25 "Resort Fee" is ridiculous... but welcome to Chicago, I guess.

Intimate neighborhood environment, a variety of restaurants close by, the Red-Line close by to get to Wrigleyville, parking right next door to the hotel, I throughly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere!!

Comfy bed and linens, nice amenities and the staff checked on me via text throughout the stay.

Good option if on a budget and want a good location. Great location! Could use some updates. The room carpet was especially old and stained. Bed was really comfortable. Parking option is a lot next door that was about $60 a night. Didn’t take advantage of the hotel happy hour or bar but looked nice. Cute lobby and outdoor tables.

I stayed here on a recommendation from a client who had stayed here in the past. She praised it for its charm, location, and affordability and I couldn’t agree more. The parking (valet only) is immediately next door and easy to pay online at departure. I was given a two-queen room (what I booked) on the top floor in a quiet corner.

The resort fee is silly and basically keeps the price artificially low when shopping. The hotel is still reasonable price compared to other hotels. I’d stay again and pay for the room coffee, water, and faxes. Faxes?

Love the location in a residential area but also very close to food and drink. Hospitality hour and outside seating area is stellar.

The price advertised was $156, with tax. For Chicago, that's a good deal. This hotel makes you pay a $25 fee when you get there. FOR TWO WATERS AND FOUR KEURIG CUPS. I don't drink coffee. It was non-negotiable. The carpet in the room was really gross. The staff was friendly at the front desk, but not at the bar.

Great hotel, great location, easy parking. Room as great. on the smaller side-only thing was wish the lighting in the room was a little brighter for trying to get ready other than that it was wonderful. Staff was fanstastic.

Hotel is nice, room service is limited to breakfast hours, first hotel I ever stayed in where I had to ask them to bring me toilet paper because housekeeping didn't replenish the extra roll, parking is not included or part of the hotel it is a valet service next door if you choose to use it and parking everywhere is expensive.

Claridge House was a great property to stay at. The staff was friendly and check-in was super fast. I was also offered late checkout due to my Expedia status. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping is convenient. The area was clean and felt safe.

We had a great stay at Claridge House! I especially appreciated Trevor’s great customer service. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed.

The Claridge House was very clean, loved the ambiance of the loby and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was great and so was the location! The hotel was right between downtown and Wrigley field, the 2 places we went to most!

Room was good and bed was comfortable. However, shower appears to have mold in the corners.

What an amazing hotel experience!! Check-in was swift and pleasant! Bryson not only greeted with a smile and great energy but he text a few hours later to make sure the room was up to our standards and surprised my girl with a gift for her birthday! The room was clean and extremely comfortable! The BEDS!!! Omg the beds!!!! So darn comfy!!! We used street parking which was never hard to fine. Although we missed it there was a wine hour in the lobby. I guarantee satisfaction if you book this place!! We love you Bryson!!

Claridge House is in a good location. The hotel was very busy during our stay which made it hectic. Don't bring a vehicle if you don't have to, parking for 2 days was $128.
