The quietness relaxing

I’ve stayed here twice because of the convenience of walking to places. The wallpaper is not in ideal condition and wa glued awkwardly in many places. The staff is very helpful. I wish it had an actual restaurant.

The room does not match the photos promoting the hotel. Very outdated and very small. The water pressure is bad and it desperately needs an overall facelift. Also the windows were cleaned early in the morning and we weren’t notified at all. Seems like a breach on privacy and convenience for not letting us know. I understand things like this need to be done but I would’ve planned around it to get up earlier to avoid it. Very clean and easy parking though!

Toilet was stopped up, Parking situation is horrible when its time to check out. Probably won’t stay again.

I do appreciate the manager who fixed a situation . However, please remove that you have a restaurant on premises. It’s a game changer inspite being near a mall. Sometimes you just want to chill and stay put . Staff are friendly but I was not told of restaurant situation but learned from coffee barista . My room? Had significant issues but MGR resolved .

The pool was out of order

The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient and seemed safe. The room was fair the bedding was clean. The room was dusty and there were stains on the walls, also the heater/a/c unit sounded like a Peterbuilt and the tv “which is my biggest pet peeve” had no guide it was like being catapulted back into the 90’s flipping through channels hoping to find something, UTTER CRAP.

It was just ok.

The room was old, outdated and had a moldy smell. We (my family and I) requested to change rooms and still the room had a moldy smell and wasn’t as clean as we would have preferred, we didn’t have a good sleep at all and the vents were really dusty. I requested for a refund and was advised I could only get half of a refund back which I didn’t believe was the correct way to address my concerns.

They guve me a room that doesn't look like what you see in the app when you choose. Small room, old and didn't make me feel comfortable. In the 9th floor. Really sad.

Air conditioning was broken. 76 degrees in the room then I was moved to a room that smells

The Stanford is an older hotel that looks like it needed a big infusion of capital, but didn’t get it. It was okay, but it was JUST okay. As time goes by, this will only be a bigger problem.

The Stamford Hotel (Sheraton) is now independently owned. Renovations currently going on. Pool closed indefinitely. Restaurant closed indefinitely. Only dinner served in the bar starting at 5:00. Snack area has a lot to choose from. However staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Didn’t hear renovations.
