Breakfast Buffet & service was great. Parking entrance somewhat tight maneuvering.

It was good place to stay.

Hotel room was clean and property was properly maintained. We enjoyed our stay here, staff was amazing and rest of the amenities were good too.

Parking was easy to find but finding the lobby was hard from the parking lot. They need to add instructions in the elevator or inside the parking, on top of that paying for parking is crazy.

Staff was welcoming and kind, upgrading our room because we stayed for a week. Sunrise view from the 25th floor was spectacular! Restaurant/bar is a solid choice and the sunset view from the full wall of windows was really lovely. The room itself was also decent. The bed was comfortably firm and the variety of pillows allowed good choice for comfort. The bottom sheet did not stay put so by morning, we were sleeping directly on the mattress pad so that wasn’t great. No live TV so bring your streaming log in info if that’s important to you. Other than that, it was a great stay in a central downtown location.

There was an open soap bar left in the shower - makes you wonder if they cleaned the room. As well, the television was not working. We were unable to connect with the cable.

First trip to Winnipeg overall very good

Everything we needed was walking distance from the hotel.

Very convenient location. Priced well. Room was clean but an air freshener was set in the bathroom and left the room extremely fragrant which was not enjoyable. Remote control had not been cleaned from previous guest, it was greasy and crusty with food.

Standard chain Hotel experience. Rooms are nice enough, but small. Slightly cramped feeling, but everything was well maintained and clean. Bed slightly firm but comfortable. Excellent pillows. Annoying to have to have your room card to tap in the elevator in your with a group and on different floors, but a good safety feature so not a huge deal. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is really good. Very convenient location to most major downtown destinations. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Excellent place to stay at for the location. Stuff at reception and house keeping are very friendly. Parking is a bit hard as spaces are tiny, there is height restriction and no pedestrian way in the parking lot. Need to avoid cars while walking to the elevator. Starbucks at Lobby is excellent. Only thing I don't like is that there is a big gap underneath room door. Can hear people talk to each other down the hall way really clearly when I am in the room. And it is same for rooms at least on the floor I stayed.

Good breakfast and staff this morning

no business centre the place was dirty complained to front staff on our flooor as hallway needed cleaning. parking you must pay for. you wont get in if you have a truck. constant police sirens downtown beautiful winnipeg.... dont do it its the hood . the window in our room had broken seal and we listened to the wind howl at night. beds were not comfortable. this should be a budget hotel but its not. wont be back
