The staff at this hotel is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our Tv was not working and they offered to fix it next morning, when we had to check out. They collect your personal details like names of all guests that are staying which I found unusual. Parking is a nightmare. Narrow passages in the parking lot and no signs for hotel guest parking! They didn’t even offer wifi password and other details on paper. Avoid at all costs, experience was so bad that I had to write my first review!

Never again. Food stuck on ceiling, sticky handles, loose fixtures and thin walls. Staff did their best but the property desperately needs an update.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was large, buffets had very nice food, elevators worked well and views out windows very interesting from room and from other windows in restaurant and near elevators.

Great place to stay with a great breakfast and secure parking.

The hotel was as expected

The room was clean and looked nice. The king suite was very spacious and was sufficient space for our visit and to host a couple friends for snacks and drinks.

We were here for a weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in the middle of city which made everything walking distance

Parking is 17$ a day, really dirt in the elevators and smell horrible. Room was dirty and old! I don’t know why is still a radisson. It’s a shame for the brand ! And at 300$ a night !

Drains are set very low in sink and shower. Good amount of towels and soaps/lotion.

Central location. Lots of homeless nearby. Don’t venture too far off main streets.

Close location to the hockey arena/ Guess Who concert was the best selling point.

If you want an outdated room, then go there. No plug-ins for electronics and beds were not queen beds.

Starbucks inside the hotel was helpful. Staff was good. Busy surroundings, but we know what to expect in a typical busy downtown commercial neighborhood.

It’s an older hotel than what’s depicted in the photos. There was a fire in the building on our floor which left a very unpleasant nauseating smell. I asked for an air purifier to clean the air but was denied. We could not be moved to another room so we had to find an alternative hotel for the night and because we booked online we were not reimbursed. We left the hotel regardless of the lack of reimbursement. The elevators were not working so we had to haul luggage down the stairs from the fourth floor. For an elderly couple, this was not satisfactory nor safe.

Great location in the heart of downtown. All good and would give 5 stars across the board except the shower was just awkward.

The check in process was very slow. I understand it was very busy with a long line up, so staff accordingly. I parked in the attached parkade, and asked at check in if that was ok. She took my license plate number and said they would charge my room for parking, and that everything was fine. She then asked for my email address, and finally got us checked in. The next morning after we left, I didn't get an email receipt, plus we had an $80 parking ticket on the windshield for non registration of the vehicle. I had to phone the hotel service desk ( took a long time to get through), and provide my email address again, because they had written it down wrong. I asked for my room receipt, which they sent, and which clearly showed I had paid for parking. They agreed they would cancel the parking ticket. The stay itself was fine, and the room was clean.

I attended a concert and the hotel is walking distance from the venue.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. going to the 12th floor was a problem.

Nice room. Good beds.
