前台工作人员热情友好。为了庆祝我们女儿的生日，他们还贴心地准备了蛋糕和生日祝福卡！真是太周到了。

景观好的房间，非常满意。干净整洁，很满意。

住宿很舒适，周围有很多餐饮选择。步行约10分钟即可到达最近的地铁站入口。

可以肯定的是，在香港，有坐浴盆的酒店都很舒服❤️

Staff were friendly, location is good too. The room was super nice, gym equipment.

All staff in the hotel are good. They are helpful and really make us comfortable with their service.

我们从另一家酒店搬过来，在这里住了五晚。房间非常宽敞干净。卫生间很大，还带浴缸。工作人员非常热情友好。在我们等朋友一家下来的时候，工作人员送给我女儿一只带铃铛和巧克力的圣诞袜。走到地铁站需要步行十分钟，不过没关系，我们很享受这段步行时光。与其他酒店相比，这里比较安静。总而言之，我会向朋友和家人推荐这家酒店。我肯定还会再次入住这家酒店。

Room is clean and spacious. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Walking distance to MTR (about 7-8 mins walk). Staff are friendly.

Staffs were friendly, mattress super comfort, location is top notch, we're stayed in Harbour View Room, the room is all fine, housekeeping is good, the only thing missed is staffs should also assist guest with luggage when check out not just when check in, considering the hotel prices, I think this is a must! (Stay Oct 2023)

The management deserves a thumbs up from our arrival to departure. Staffs were polite, accommodating and responsive in whatever queries and needs we asked and requested. The place and its facilities are good, and the restaurant, specially the japanese teppanyaki is one of the best, if not the best ever we have tasted. Could be our official resident hotel in Hong Kong from now on.

新酒店，干净，房间非常宽敞，浴室设备齐全。服务非常好，床很舒服，步行去购物也不远。方便，住宿处门前有K3车接送。离车站有点远，但步行过去也不累。

Can't seem to find any flaws when we stayed here. Service was top-notch, the manager Edmund Tso was really friendly and attentive during check-in, our room was upgraded to club floor and it has the best view of Hong Kong skyline. Food was delicious, bathroom amenities are of exclusive Elemis brand, room is very spacious with the plush pillows and comfy king-sized bed. Will definitely come back whenever we fly to Hong Kong! Everything's really amazing and we enjoyed our stay in New World Millennium Hong Kong so much!
