A very spacious room with fine decoration, situated just outside the gate to the palace. Staff are very nice and helpful. But no free wifi in room.

명성에 비해 별로인 곳. 5성 본관 가든뷰 디럭스 트윈룸 했는데 4층의 발코니없고 아주 작고 둥근 창문(열리기는했지만 별로 보이는게 없었다)이 있는 방이라서 실망했다. 직원들은 필요한말과 서비스는 하지만 딱히 더 친절하다거나 그런부분은 못느꼈고. 조식은 장소가 두 곳이라며 사람이 거의없는 곳으로 안내했고 거기엔 먹을게 별로없었다. 오렌지쥬스하나 빵 서너가지 햄과 과일 몇가지에 계란스크램블. 일반 비즈니스 호텔도 이정도는 나온다. 계란요리와 커피 등은 따로주문하면 준다던데 직원은 아무도 와서 물어보지않아 주문을 하느라 한참걸림. 나오면서 보니 사람이 많은 다른 조식장소엔 훨씬 다양한 메뉴가 있어서 기분이 좋지않았다. 해외 다른 5성호텔보다 서비스도 룸도 조식도 뭐하나 괜찮지않아 다음에 선택하지 않을듯.

The location and history of this place is very special.

Finally, a comfortable bed! After several nights of travel, it was a welcome relief to get a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance and bike rentals conveniently available right on the property. One of the highlights of our stay was renting bikes and exploring the beautiful grounds of Versailles. Riding through the gardens, tree-lined paths, and around the estate was both relaxing and enjoyable. We even biked all the way to the gates, which made the experience feel much more immersive than simply walking. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and offered a great balance of convenience and comfort. Being able to explore the area so easily without relying on transportation was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals to experience Versailles from a different perspective.

Service is fantastic. We had the family suite for 4 The layout is odd. Our children had to walk through our bedroom to go to the bathroom. The air conditioning was minimal which was difficult in 90 degree temps. They brought several fans but it was uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to this location along our journey but it was good but not exceptional.

There are two buildings to this property. When is the palace and the other is a convention center? There is a couch in our room that was so dirty and awful. It was a bit shocking. The AC did not work and they put a fan in our room that was 30 C or 86F. We were told that the entire building had no AC until the following week. When I paid for an upgrade for a garden view, instead of looking at Versailles, I was looking at trees between the two buildings Otherwise, the room was comfortable with clean beds and comfortable pillows

Une expérience décevante sur plusieurs points. J’étais de passage pour une nuit pour affaires. Après avoir garé ma voiture dans le parking il faut 5mn de long couloir pour rejoindre la réception. En passant devant plusieurs bagagistes à aucun moment on m’a proposé de prendre ma valise. J’arrive à la réception et j’attend après un américain demandant beaucoup à la réception qui réponds à ces demande et l’accompagne jusqu’a l’ascenseur. Une autre réceptionniste arrive et m’annonce que j’ai été surclassé. Bien. Devant l’ascenseur je suis bloqué par l'américain et la réceptionniste. Je perds patience et je passe devant. La chambre est grande mais quelconque. Je remarque un long cheveux noir sur l’évier. Pas bien. Des boissons sont disponibles avec café, eaux et jus de fruit…tièdes. Le frais est payant au mini bar. Pas de thé ni tisane. Ma chambre n’avait pas de douche. J’ai pu profiter de la belle salle de sport du magnifique Spa avec sa piscine et son hamman. Le gros point positif de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité mais le service était plutôt en faveur des étrangers. J’ai dû m’annoncer moi même après m’être installé et servi moi même. Après avoir fini, une serveuse vient et me propose une omelette en débarrassant mes assiettes. Sic ! L’allemand à côté de moi a eu plus d’attentions. Au final une expérience décevant pas à la hauteur du prix et du terme palace. Inadmissible d’être moins considéré que les étrangers!

Cet avis s'adresse surtout aux personnes, qui, comme moi, n'ont pas l'habitude de réserver cette catégorie d'hôtel. Ce séjour de rêve était un cadeau d'anniversaire pour deux amies qui sont nées à quelques jours d'intervalle. Les + : Evidemment le cadre est magnifique, tant l'intérieur que l'extérieur, avec un accès direct au parc du château de Versailles. La piscine est magnifique et assez grande pour nager (certains hôtels proposent des photos en trompe l'oeil, ce n'est pas le cas ici). Un maître-nageur est présent. Le petit déjeuner se compose d'un buffet où il y en a pour tous les goûts. A notre retour du dîner, nous avons constaté que notre chambre avait été préparée pour la nuit. Notre chambre disposait d'un petit balcon et le sol de la salle de bain est chauffée. Les - : On vous demandera une caution de 100 € par nuit et par personne à votre arrivée (je le mets dans les moins car cela ne m'était jamais arrivé dans un hôtel auparavant ; seulement pour des réservations d'appartement). Ma caution a été libérée très rapidement après mon départ mais une autre caution de 20€ a été bloquée à mon insu sur la carte que j'ai utilisé pour payé la taxe de séjour ; apparemment c'était une erreur. Le dress code de la piscine n'est pas clair et a froissé mon amie anglaise. Son maillot de bain une pièce style robe (magnifique au demeurant) n'a pas plu ; il a donc fallu y faire un noeud pour faire disparaitre la "jupette". Donc tenez vous en aux maillots de bains classiques !
