Staff were amazing. This hotel was clean & tidy. Food was delicious. Breakfast arrangements were made early for us as had a competition to attend.

Nice hotel, clean, beds really comfortable. Hotel information states EV charging available, however it is not as all chargers are disconnected while being upgraded.

Beverley at reception was fabulous, warm welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better check in, what a credit to the Hilton. Super clean, comfortable, great amenities. Spa has a good sauna and steam but overall vibe not really very spa like, swimming lessons going on and no sun loungers

Bar was well stocked, staff were friendly, breakfast was just what I needed, well cooked and a very good selection.

It was very pleasant experience staf, bar, room everything was very nice.

Rooms are a good size, but do look a bit tired, especially the bathrooms. but everything is clean and tidy and the staff are really good.

Everything is good but WiFi connection was ZERO in my room and I have complained but they said they can’t do anything. Which is horrible and I couldn’t work from my room as I had to come and sit in the reception area to work

The staff are lovely. Hotel rooms clean. Issues I had is they are pet friendly so was a lot of dogs in rooms, could hear them barking at night and in the day. Also the room are a little out dated, doesn’t look in good condition although are very clean. The restaurant was 5/10 had a steak was cooked to my request and the food just wasn’t great for me.

Upon arrival we were upgraded which was a lovely treat. The room was spacious and clean and had what we needed. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was a good selection. Leisure facilities were a let down. The changing rooms are small with not many working lockers. The floor was dirty and overall felt dirty. The pool, sauna and steam room were all small but working order. It does say there is a £5 charge to use the facilities but we didn’t get charged but I wouldn’t have paid as it wasn’t worth it. Overall great stay and would visit again.
