hotel too old

住宿期間浴室檯面及房間的落地燈都不亮。有帶小狗去但卻沒有任何小狗的服務，例如狗碗。

我們住4樓 酒店電梯要3樓轉換，都幾麻煩，大堂去電梯又要行一段路。 餐廳人手唔夠，要等好耐。。。

Hôtel vieillissant, chambre défraichie, odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, air climatisé très bruyant, gros manque de communication entre le personnel, ne recommande pas.

One place to eat only below standard.

I stay 5 nights in the hotel. Good for short stay.

Nice clean room! And really enjoyed the warm pool! Staff was amazing! Thanks again

bien situé

We had a renovated room which was nice, unfortunately it had a terrible view (a roof top only - with pigeons). The hotel is very large and confusing to get around. The pool was a bit of a disappointment (far to find, small, looked dirty) . Staff at check in were nice. Restaurant buffet breakfast was very pricey for what was offered (nothing special about it for $28 a person). Strange parking arrangements - had to park outside as my car was too tall for the garage. Strange elevator set up. We had to take 2 elevators to get to the 4th floor. The whole set up is a little strange.

It wad perfect to walking to see things. Hill is a little tough but they have rail you can pull yourself up. Haaaha Grocery store just at bottom of hill through the Church yard to the left cross road

Chambre très propre. Service impeccable. Bien situé

No restaurant open to eat at...only breakfast then closed until 430. No area to hang out in the evening to have a drink or snack.

Hôtel rénové, bien situé et on nous a offert le déjeuner gratuitement et c’était tellement bon! Tout était parfait! La chambre géniale aussi merci! Très bon service du début à la fin! :)

Lage super, Frühstück top. Fitness Raum ok.

Delta/Marriot/Bonvoy never disappoints. Amazing sleeps, quiet rooms. Everyone we encountered were magnificent to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Quebec city

Très bel accueil

We had a nice spacious clean room. The hotel itself is starting to show age. Carpet in Galway starting to fray at edges. Elevator door on seventh floor sometimes opened sometimes did not.
