Hôtel bien situé a distance de marche des Champs Elysées dans un quartier sécuritaire et tranquille tout en etant animé, pres du Palais des Congrès. WiFi incertain est le bémol.

Great location within walking distance to transportation.

Por vários dias o quarto não foi limpo. Tivemos q pedir, mas mesmo assim em um dia ele não foi limpo, porque não havia mais equipe no local. Quando era limpo, deixavam copos e utensílios sujos dentro do quarto. O café é razoável, mas a funcionária é extremamente solícita, assim como os recepcionistas. O ar condicionado não funcionou em nenhum momento. Fica, por fim, o registro que sumiram dois itens do quarto. Não podemos acusar ninguém, mas tais objetos não foram encontrados até o final da estadia.

Great stay

So the property was nice. Close to Champs-Elysées, good restaurants and train station. Easy access for Uber/Taxis. Amenities were VERY lacking, we did have tea/coffee and water we had to refill downstairs every day. That truly wasn’t much of an issue as my kids are grown so they are very capable of getting their own water. The staff other than Steve, I think he’s the manager, Steve was awesome. Our encounter with him was at the end of our stay during checkout but he truly was awesome. The other staff were not welcoming. I traveled with my 2 daughters and we were met with NO’s at check in. I just expected a little bit more kindness for a 4 star hotel. Which shouldn’t even matter. We weren’t afforded any of the VIP benefits, and they absolutely weren’t apologetic about it. Maybe this particular hotel shouldn’t be affiliated with the VIP program. All in all, this was probably my 12th or 13th visit to Paris and my kids 6th or so. So nothing was going to taint our vacation. We took all with much positive energy, laughed at certain situations and enjoyed our vacation regardless.

Excellent property in the 16th arrondissement, easy access to l’arc de triomphe, métros, buses, trams, porte maillot, la défense, etc. Breakfast buffet is good has limited options. Bakery on the corner and laundromat too. Excellent value for money.

Air conditioning is good and staff are very friendly.

The person who was at the counter helped us a lot looking for some flights that we needed. He was great!

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a reservation but was unable to travel due to my flight to Paris being canceled for operational reasons beyond my control. I contacted the hotel promptly to explain the situation, expecting at least a credit or some flexibility. Unfortunately, I was met with poor customer service, a lack of empathy, and absolutely no accommodation. The staff showed no willingness to work with me, despite the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values understanding or customer care—especially when dealing with unexpected travel disruptions.

Les services proposées sont impeccables, grand espace, lieu propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner correcte, pas des bouteilles et pots en plastique! Par contre pour les gens qui n'aiment pas ou allergiques aux moquettes c'est un point à revoir.

I was looking for a location that convenient but away from the noise and crowds. This hotel was a perfect option. 5 minute walk to the train station the connected directly to the L’ouvres and other wonderful sites. Hotel location is close to the arc de triomphe and a longer but lovely walk to the Eiffel Tower. As a family of 5, we found the family room (2 adjoining rooms) perfect. Beds comfy and breakfast yummy but shower a little high for those who have mobility issues. We were fine but others might now be. Great stay overall.
