交通方便 過個馬路就有路面電車站 火車站，離中央車站大概步行10分鐘內可達

The room is perfect. If you open the window, the air-conditioner would shut off automatically. The gym room is clean and make me focus. I have try the facial treatment. The beautician made me unforgettable. I really want to continue to chat with her, her knowledge and skills are very professional.

交通非常方便, 見有航空公司職工入住, 公共走廊有多少舊, 但窗明几靜, 电視很大, 服務很好, 但冷氣不足, 打開窗戶可能更涼快！ 不能不提的是早餐： 無論擺設 , 質素, 味道, 飲品選項等等, 非常優異, 遠超所值！

Reception staff helped with taxi twice: good. They could not help me with ATM. Your ATM does not take VISA: bad. They would not help me convert US$ or Euros: bad. They extended my check-out time so I could meet my ride. excellent! They fixed my TV, which would not turn on: good. They did not set up my account to allow me to charge cafe meals to my room. No big deal, but the cafe staff could not understand why. Breakfast is very good, especially the omelets. Dinners in the cafe were good. Air conditioning (AC) is inadequate. With it on, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. I had to open the window and use the chair to prop it. That turned off the AC. The noise from the street (sirens and loud cars or motorcycles) was very bad. The shower door (room 446) repeatedly came loose at the bottom. The room was too small and crowded. It is hard for a handicapped person to walk around the bed. There was no chair for sitting and reading: bad.

There should be an ATM that takes VISA! Air conditioning is inadequate, so I had to keep window open and endure the noise. Staff helped me with late checkout. Thanks!

The AC wasn’t working. Had to move to 2 different rooms and it still wasn’t working. Horrible

I misses the bathtub. For a four Star hotel, I really expected it. The room is big, confortável and with amenities. When I arribes, there was missing body Motion and condicionar but was not a problem since I brought mine.

Good quality hotel, what you would expect from a Radisson

Pretty decent hotel, clean and decent rooms. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious and clean but the sleep sofa and matress quite poor. Staff was okay while not especially friendly or service minded. Did what they had to do but without a smile or have nice day. Everybody on the trip was disappointed with the breakfast. Big selection but not very good. Might be better for a business trip than a family trip.

Air conditioner not working. Cant setup thermostat swish - not working ,plywood in windows.

Due to a delayed flight, I arrived a day after, and when doing my check-in, I was told my room was already resold without my knowledge, even though I had already paid for a 3-night stay. The hotel was now sold out and I was told there were no oyther rooms available. The staff was unprofessional, and instead of immediately apologizing for the inconvenience and finding me a solution for a paying customer, they blamed it on me and scolded me before trying to fix the problem, making it a very unpleasant experience from the start.

Check in was great, room was nice & and the women at the front desk were very helpful. The morning of checkout I accidentally knocked a lamp off a table and it pulled the cord apart. Not thinking I went to pick it up and got an electric shock when I touched it. I notified the front desk and the male who answered asked if I would like him to send someone up. (why else would I notify you?) Never bothered to ask if I was OK and when I checked out about 30 mins later I asked if I’d spoken to him on the phone & he said yes & that he’d called someone to fix it. Still didn’t check on me at all. I told the maids about so hopefully no one else got shocked.

I wasn’t very happy with the breakfast- there was everything you could think of- but the taste wasn’t the best. I would rather have less in better quality than a lot with less quality

Clean rooms and a very convenient location with great connectivity. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was rude, and the customer service was quite poor. Hospitality needs significant improvement.
