Everything was wonderful — the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was great either way beautiful views. All inclusive was a great deal!

We’ve always enjoyed our stay at the El Cid Marina. The guests that this place attracts are some of the very best to get to know and to socialize with. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and the food is top notch. A great vacation experience overall.

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Dinner menu for buffet was better than some other days. The Chinese then buffet for one of the days was not favorite but was good either way. As part of the All Inclusive package with El Cid Marina, you get access to all the other El Cid hotels which are easily accessible via shuttle which is great if you want to try other restaurants. Overall service was great except their seems to be low staff at the food bar by the left most pool near the pool with the cave. Service was very slow here and only have 1 person making drinks for everyone. Room was clean and comfy and staff are always available for questions on activities and amenities. Overall would greatly recommend with feedback they have to prepare accordingly with an extra staff member when needed for busier days.

Had a wonderful stay! This was our third time staying in this hotel so we will definitely come back again. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Also, the food is very good. The breakfast buffet offered variety of fresh local fruits and made-to-order omelets.

Todo estuvo muy bien, tanto como en el área de playa, albercas, los meseros de las bebidas y comida, desayunos y comidas! El Problema es el servicio de noche, tanto como cena de buffet y cena de especialidad! Parece que ya se quieren ir, les pides algo y te medio atienden de mal humor y ya ni se diga los chef de cocina o el capitán de especialidad con una actitud de tal grado de decir no vuelvo al hotel, ese fue el peor servicio de mi estacia

Todo excelente solo el error de que m1 reservacion decia 1 persona y fuimos mi esposo y yo tuve que pagar directo al hotel por mi esposo el costo del todo incluido. No me fije en la confirmacion que solo decia 1 adulto.
