不論前臺或餐廳服務一流，每次都笑容滿面，盡心盡力，但隔音設備比較差，房間容易受門外聲音影響

本来对这个酒店的印象还不错，虽然是在苏黎世郊外，但是到达和入住都还方便。酒店服务人员态度很和蔼。房间小了一点但是设施齐全。糟糕的是房间里有个蚊子，酒店又没有驱蚊药备用，结果睡觉被它咬了起了个大包、肿了三天，影响了出游的心情。

可以免费停车还算不错。楼下的餐厅还不错。房间还算整洁，大门打开很费力，卫生间的门根本打不开，后来服务人员来打开了，但就再不能关门了，暖气也不工作，前台来弄了半天也不行，态度很好，让我不行再找他，已经晚上10点多了，再折腾就睡不成了，我只好忍了一晚。和前台借用的转换插头也不能用，总之一切不顺。周边环境不太好。

Noisy out in parking lot, small bed, shower made water go everywhere, try to have coffee in morning and not even a complimentary coffee.

Great staff. We know them all and see them twice yearly. They are uniformly lovely.

Good size room with all the facilities required for comfortable stay. Enjoyed the food at the onsite restaurant where we had breakfast the following morning.

Hôtel bien situé avec restaurant agréable à 15mn du lac de Zurich. Par contre 1 seule chaise dans la chambre donc pour se mettre a 2 sur le plan de travail compliqué et aucun plateau comme dans les Ibis en principe avec café soluble, thé et bouilloire. Dommage. Une des serviettes de toilettes avait 1 petite tâche ce n est pas tres appréciable dans 1 Hôtel. Par contre parking accessible sans problème et gratuit. Lit confortable.
