Area is sketchy. Need more security in that area.

First thing on Expedia it’s showing breakfast included but there is no breakfast at all. Before you book make sure call them because this property doesn’t serve breakfast. Our room had bad smell we have to open the patio door all the time for fresh air. Maybe it was only our room.

Have stayed here many times, good price and comfy beds, clean rooms :)

our stay is great and i have no problem with the property since i always stay there whenever there is an event. but i just a few points that i need to mention, better check the thermostat of your air conditioning units, i was the only one who’ve had this problem. check Room 349 and some other rooms that might have a thermostat problem because there is a guest on the same floor they were talking about the air conditioning unit on their room.

The rooms were clean, modern, spacious. The included breakfast was good and there was much to choose from. Staff were friendly as well.

We stayed for the Outdoor Comedy Festival, easy to get an Uber. Was tidy. They were helpful and polite! Would stay again. Room was cool, and LOVED the balcony!!!

Room was outdated….and smelt musty. We booked a “suite” as a family of 5 and it was not much more room than a standard room. The AC also didn’t work well. Carpet in the room was full of stains.

Nope!! - never again.

My sister and I travelled for a medical emergency. We had to check into our room in the middle of the night. Front desk clerk was sleeping. We had to wake him up. We left and I came back an hour or so later. Same man. Sleeping again. He didn’t even wake up when I got into the elevator. The room card wouldn’t work. I had to go back down and he was still sleeping. I had to literally yell in order to wake him up.

It is a very nice hotel to stay at 100% recommend it to others.

Bad aroma in the lobby no ice. No AC

Carpet in room had many stain spots. Duvet on bed had stain spots. Air conditioner did not seem to cool the room down. Would not recommend.

The room was okay. The furniture was quite old and there was no big light in the main part of the room leaving you to rely on lamps. The bed is not that comfortable. The room was clean. The room key does not work very well and takes multiple tries for it to work. The staff was nice. Probably would not stay again and would rather pay a bit more for a more comfortable bed somewhere else.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The parking is convenient and plentiful. The gym is basic but the equipment was in good shape and all the machines were functional. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our room was right by the elevator on the sixth floor so it was a bit noisy plus there were some guests that were roaming the halls and carrying on at 2:30 am which was unpleasant.

Balcony was nice for letting the breeze in during the evening.
