Good spot, bad services. They don't let us put our luggage in the storage for over night, even we already check in with hotel. They said they are not reliable in case there is something claim for lost. That's mean they are very poor on the service and how can you rely staying with them. The reception and the bell desk is working on their own, they aren't connect to each other. The reception is trying to give a good service but the bell desk is trying to be acting professional. We travel to us for 25 days and we are going to Hawaii and San Francisco, which we have to bring along our winter cloths. Means, that we bring a lot of luggage. We spend about 9 days in Hawaii, at first we stayed in Hilton for 3 days and we went to Kauai, we can leave our luggage in hilton waikiki even we already check out. When we came back from Kauai, we took our back and check in in aston, they just don't let us put our luggage for storage over night, because we don't use our winter cloths. We just want to put in the storage to save on the room space which is have a smaller space compared to Hilton Waikiki. Conclusion Aston Waikiki have bad services, smaller room space and the price is similar with Hilton. Hope that management can improve the services
