As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

The shower pressure wasn’t very good

The room is too old, need to be renovated. The water was not drained properly, we did not want to take shower in the tub as it looked dirty. Only the breakfast area was warm and nicer compare to the room area.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice. The coffee at breakfast was excellent, I was surprised it was Folgers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property is older and shows its age. However the price was right and the good parts outweighed that. Note that the walls seemed on the thin side so if the hotel is busy it might be noisy. It was quiet for me, and pleasant.

Pool closed, very dated, black mold in the shower grout, outside doors not working for key cards, 3 pillows on a kingsize bed, not feeling overly safe with room doors that had clearly been kicked in.

Pool was closed which is no big deal but the breakfast was brutal. Even the coffee was horrible

Room was great and it was clean. But there were no coffee cups supplies with the coffee maker in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for some, the staff pointed me to another coffee area to get cups. There were none there either and there were no creamers. The staff was not prepared for the morning customers. Other than that it was a nice place and I would recommend it.

Hot tub and pool were not working Parking lot not feeling to safe Only had my room cleaned once. The toilet was broken, the shower wasn't working, and there was no hot water for a long time. The day my room got cleaned, someone put the lock latch on, but no one knew what to do. The so-called Managar didn't do much got me a skrew driver and it took me a hour and a half before I finally got in my room not impressed with the hotel and then they had no coffee in the morning

Basic hotel, good for a sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Kudo’s to the two student staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

No pool or hot tub. The room across the hall had its door torn half off with a large crowbar or wrecking bar. No cups in the room. Sketchy place

Upon entry, I had to kick needles out of the way before my 4 year old picked them up. There were blood soaked rags laying about, cans of pop and random debris. There was a woman who pulled up in a taxi and was drunk and spitting as she was exiting. The place felt dark and didn’t feel inviting. The staff member at the front was not at all enthusiastic. We went to bed at 8pm and by 9pm a group was situated next door and they were loud and drinking until 2:45am. I called down to the desk to ask if they could tell them to turn it down… I was advised they would call the room.. nothing changed. There was limited hot water… the breakfast was well put together and the staff member was pleasant and had a great vibe. I would not recommend or be returning to this location.
