As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

Great parking and location. Plenty of restaurants close by. However, this place is in bad need of TLC.

Old motel that could use updates but was fairly clean and comfortable. Close to boardwalk. Fairly expensive but would be great if you have kids as arcade area.

Staff was obviously overwhelmed by the influx of clients demands. There was only one staff at the front desk and the poor guy was also trying to solve to everyone’s issues. On my end, there was dried blood on the bed sheets and living and dead bugs in the room. The hotel was completely booked so I could not have another room. The front desk clerk did his best to find me other beddings. They however had limited supplies and he was only able to find a wool linen. He apologized profusely and really tried his best to accommodate the patrons

Rooms were old school and walls, carpet, and curtains were dirty with handprints. But it was ok sleep for traveling.

The room was clean but the sink didnt drain and the ac didnt work , if im paying 220 dollars for a room I expect it to be in good condition and in working order. My 5 year old and US couldn't fall asleep till nearly 1 am

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Let me preface this with- I have worked the front desk at a hotel before so I understand what it can be like, hence I always try to be pleasant and understanding that things happen somethimes. We checked in around 8:30pm after driving for 14hours. We dropped our stuff off in the room and immediately noticed the lack of pillows. So we leave to grab dinner and the guy at the front was busy checking people in. No problem I would ask when we got back from dinner. I asked for pillows as I got back and was told they don't have any in the hotel... I looked at hime dumbfounded and said isn't this a hotel, how are there no pillows? He just shrugged at me. I had to then suggest that he grab some blankets or something for us to use. To which he said fine and about 10 minutes later appeared with blankets. Go up to the room and find hairs on the blankets (not ours as I'm a red head and partner is blonde) these were dark brown... Look in the room a bit more and see the vanity counter is dirty (not even wiped down) and the carpet has what appeared to be kitty litter on it. This hotel is not at all as advertised. Sure it would be great if you are coming from a third world country but is deplorable if you are used to basic accommodations or have any standards in terms of cleanliness. We left as we won't stay in unsanitary conditions and this was a huge waste of money. Not clean and terrible service.

Room was small only had 2 small beds in the room. The bathroom smells like per. We asked for extra towels and pillows and didn’t get any. The breakfast room was very small.

The company needs to spend money to upgrade the property. Location was good, staff was friendly, but the building is falling apart. AC did not work in the first room, so we got another room. Bathroom light switch plate was broken, ceiling light flickered, bathroom window did not close. Curtains need to be replaced.

This is an older motel. Room was quite small, carpets very worn. Room otherwise was clean. Had to request towels as none provided in room.
