One of the pillows in my room clearly did not have a fresh pillow cover on it .... that was not too pleasant, but the other pillows were fine. It was an overnight business trip and that the fact that there was no internet access for the entire evening/night, is the prime reason for my disappointment.

Very dry in the room

Got in the room and found out there was no ice bucket- no glasses in the bathroom- fridge making noise- and very poor internet- mattress dipping in the middle- very small pillows- no one at the counter for about 15 minutes . Over all very disappointing.

Horrible breakfast

Room was clean, beds were comfy, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Overall really great place to stay. Definitely recommend.

The only good part of our stay was the check in, Bed had terrible worn sheets comforter was stain with blood and chocolate, requested for the bed to be changed and they still put back the stained comforter, did not get it replaced until late evening on our last night of our stay, the room next to us had a dog that was continued barking. The breakfast was poorly stocked , this was a very disappointing two night stay, and unfortunately it was a birthday celebration time , for myself and my husband. Cleaning staff should be really looked into!

Nice rooms, very clean. The only thing I found was the hallways are dark. Need to have better lighting. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Dated but I am okay with that. Just clean and raise the standard.

super outdated and not nice at all. bathroom curtain was ripped and water went all over the floor. gave us one big towel only for two people. pillows weren’t even bed pillows, they were the size of decorative couch pillows. bedding was horrible. hole in ceiling right outside our room with wires hanging and parts on floor.

We arrived later in the evening, about 9pm. We parked at the very rear. Given the surrounding area, the rear lot seemed very dark and almost unsafe. We actually rolled my sons entire mileaukee pack out into our room for safety sake. 2 guys were out there by the back door smoking up. Then walking up front and 2 people just out from the main door weed smoking, then the entire hallway to our room being overpowered by the smell. I’d almost think someone was smoking in their room. I didn’t mention it to the front desk, because, what are they going to do. Try to search people’s rooms? The rooms were simple, and seemingly clean. The front desk clerk very friendly. Even changed our room to ground floor when he saw the 4’ tall stack of tools being rolled in. Nothing fancy. Breakfast options in the morning were very limited, and the hot option, had multiple people waiting to use the one waffle maker.

Not much parking rooms were never cleaned garbages never changed

Room was clean but in need of a refresh. Bathroom also requires repairs. Facet not secured to counter top…. Sink plug did not work. Continental breakfast toast, cereal, waffles coffee juice. Muffins would have been a welcomed addition.

We arrived around 9pm there was No exterior lighting on. We told front desk that it felt very unsafe. 1st room we got was disgusting. Stained bedding. Stained towels. Sticky substance on night stand. Pull out couch was just gross and no bedding was provided for it. When we complained front desk offered us 2 choices. Shes give us fresh bedding and WE redo the neds. Or switch to a new room. We picked the new room and it was just as gross. Just dont go here at all.

Checked in about 2:50 Was give room 229 Had to carry luggage to second floor Very hard to do when u r older and have health issues Went into a clean room Checked mattress as I do every time I travel, for bed bugs Not only was there a lot of dead bedbugs and dirt on the one bottom sheet but when looking for the bedbugs saw the mattress had a big pee stain on it Mattresses r very old and soiled Although I didn’t see live bedbugs there was a lot of dirt from them on both beds Left the room and told front desk I would not stay there They told me I had to contact u about this problem I was in room for 10 minutes tops I took pictures of mattresses It was disgusting How do I go about getting a refund Had to come back home Ruined my plans for tonight and tomorrow

Quiet, well lit area. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are redone and very nice. Its a quiet hotel while the surroundings are busy with traffic.
