我选择入住香格里拉酒店就是为了享受这里的服务，但员工应该更热情周到一些。如果我愿意降低标准，我会选择假日酒店，但我不，我愿意多花点钱入住香格里拉这样更高级的酒店。我从印度尼西亚飞了13个小时来到这里，庆祝我从去年12月就开始计划的生日旅行。所以，你们的服务确实应该更周到一些。 环境/设施：维护良好。 餐饮：上菜速度很慢。 员工服务：前台服务很差，但Caroline很乐于助人。 亮点：我很庆幸预订了可以欣赏歌剧院景色的房间，否则就只是一次普通的酒店体验。 价格：价格合理。 位置：周围有很多山丘。

说是寻找房间遗留物品，并通过电子邮件联系，但到现在已经1个月了，没有收到任何邮件，150澳币的押金也没有退还。

Everything here was perfect, all the facilities were perfect! And it's near from the train station also with the light rails (tram).

Location was far from city center. And I had to sweat a lot everytime reach in and out from hotel because of super hilly location. It was dark when night, I didn't feel comfort to walk by myself. I had a terrible time at check in time by reception staff Clarisse (if I could remember her name correctly), she almost won't let me check in until I show the receipt that I fully paid in advance for our room. What an attitude. The only one thing I really appreciate was Housekeeping Team. They did a great job there. Room was clean everyday, amenities was always refill completed. Thank you Housekeeping!

Comfortable room and easy go to oprea house and nearby others view point.

Kalau untuk menginap di hotel ini di Aussie, jangan lupa bawa kartu kredit untuk deposit, karena kalau tidak akan dimintakan uang cash dalam jumlah yang besar dan pada saat check out pihak hotel kesulitan membalikan uang deposit kita, perlu sedikit waktu untuk mereka mengumpulkan uang cash mengembalikan deposit kita.

We upgraded our room and had the best sunrise view overlooking the opera house🤍. The stay was very lovely and all the staff are very accommodating and nice, definitely recommended for a nice getaway.

Apart from the uphill location, everything was good and clean.

Kamar luas banget, ada ruang tamunya dan semua sesuai ekspektasi. View dari kamar ke Darling Harbour juga keren. Kalau ke Sydney bakal nginap di Shangri-La lagi.

We spent 6 nights here and everything was excellent. Best view, best location, it was a wonderful experience.

Hotel is great, only location is bad for parents using stroller because need to travel uphill and downhill to reach in and out of the hotel.

My room at Shangri-la was fine, but I really disappointed with the service. I haven't received my refund of deposit fee that I paid by debit card after more than 17 working days. I have contacted the staff through email, but they gave me different responses and I don't know which one is correct.

Kamarnya luas, viewnya bagus juga, service pelayan sangat memuaskan. Cuma untuk breakfast perlu diperbanyak makanannya.

We got deluxe room in the corner which is more bigger and have a living room, thank you Shangri-La.
