Old. Detriorated

When we arrived at the room, the bedsheets weren't changed or cleaned. Everything in the room was old and falling apart. The whole hotel is in rough condition. The staff was friendly and changed everything cleaned in our room.

Everything ok, just a little old facility, but it’s safe and staff very friendly. All the assistance is done through WhatsApp so it’s really handy.

Several Mal-functions: No second towel; no hot water but early mornings; A/C did not blow air & No Phones in the room.

They did’t let us check-in even thought the hotel had been paid! We had the reservation but they said that there was no system, we waited until 2am & they still did NOT help! Do not stay here!!! Terrible sevice

DO NOT STAY HERE! We went for a business trip, the room in the picture online is not what you get. The place is filled with 40 yearnold carpet, stained and smells bad, has that always damp feel. This is in the rooms as well. Most odnthe furniture is ply wood and expanded and ruined at the bottom of water damge, the curtains and blankets were stained and discolored, there was something red on ceiling , the curtains were ripped with a hole the size of my head , the wifi didnt work at all! I had to walk the starbucks across the parking lot to do my work. The pool area looks as though its cleaned rarely and is not next to a garden, more a pooly taken care of dirt yard. Will never return. Also the main picture they have of the building is heavily photoshoped. My clients who livenin torreon confirmed, this was the top hotel 30 years ago, but the owners no long try to maintain it.

Súper sucio! Nos tocó una habitación donde ni siquiera habían cambiado las sábanas dentro de la cama encontramos vellos y restos de uñas, súper sucio la alfombra ni siquiera estaba aspirada la Cortina del baño también sucia. Súper Mala experiencia nada recomendable

Very old and unmaintained hotel. Unfortunately we had our neighbors very noisy and hotel couldn’t really be helpful. No phone in the room, no ice, dark hallways, an so on. And finally we were in the need of a battery starter for our truck since we ran out of battery, and the hotel had nothing to help neither be helpful.

Nos enviaron a 3 habitaciones las cuales estaban ocupadas y sucias, en la última decidimos quedarnos para no seguir con el inconveniente únicamente pedimos que se hiciera el aseo como condición, paso 1 hora y no se cumplió lo acordado, regresamos a recepción para comentar si se hizo el aseo y nos comentaron que estaban limpiando, nuestra sorpresa fue cuando subimos después de cenar pues no se realizó dicha acción, lo dejamos pasar y pedimos sábanas limpias y toallas para nuestro aseo, imaginamos una estancia placentera y resultó ser todo lo contrario.

The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner was not working good, we stayed there on mid June , temperatures were over 38 degrees centigrades , was not very cormfotable,

I was there for a whole week. Great place !

I liked the swimming pool and gym.

I liked the staff a lot. They were helpful and polite.

It is a really old hotel and nothing has been renovated in a long time. I chose it for the closeness to my family that I was visiting. But next time I might go a bit further to get a more comfortable place. Looks dirty and reaally old, the carpet, the bedding, mattresses, etc. It was really cold those days and they dont have a heater in the rooms so it was super cold at night!!

El cuarto aunque es de buen tamaño tiene sus detalles, la cortina que es para que no entre la luz estaba sucia y no es una buena imagen, la regadera del baño necesita hacer una renovación o bien una limpia del sarro de la misma. Solicitamos una cobija o edredón extra y aun lo sigo esperando, no hay teléfonos en los cuartos que es por tema de pandémia pero no hay una señalización en cuarto de como contactarlos, tuve que bajar pero les digo no recibí la cobija. los pasillos no tenían el aire prendido, salias del cuarto y se sentía la mega diferencia, el aparato de aire no se podía calibrar la temperatura, el servicio de cable en la televisión era horrible, no se veían todos los canales, y jamás me pude conectar al internet. El desayuno era buffet pero por el costo la verdad es que no hay muchas opciones, pagamos el mesero jamás nos trajo el cambio, es decir se autopropino :S

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I could not sleep, I had a rash from their beds.
