Comfy beds, wonderful breakfast, close to the mall and other restaurants.

We had car trouble and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was very easy to find and book online. Staff were all extremely friendly and understanding. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Honestly, we were just stoked that everything was as advertised/expected. The room and bath were clean (no mold, no bugs, no smell). The water was hot with good pressure, tv worked, USB plugs on BOTH nightstands (not expected, but great bonus), bed was comfortable, not lumpy, faucet and toilet were not wobbly. Elevator worked. No ice machine on our floor, and were too tired to explore another floor, so don't know if that was functioning. Awesome mirror in bath. Water and coffee avail all day, vs just coffee. We got in late and left super early, and when the desk clerk found out we were leaving before breakfast even opened, offered us a sack breakfast. Wow! Only negative, if you will, was that all the pillows were super high which wasn't what we normally use at home and held our heads at a slightly uncomfortable angle. For all I know, they would have provided other pillow options had we asked, however we had less than 5 hrs to sleep so didn't bother asking. Thank you for a very pleasant stay; wish we'd had more time to enjoy!

24 hr coffee

Great hotel, staff and breakfast was great!

Room was incredibly comfortable. Son visited and at that time wished we had a couch or another chair in the room. Clean and no smell of smoke or vape. Second floor so I could take stairs instead of elevator.

Poop was smeared on the wall in the bathroom. It was not from us and was noticed as soon as we got in the room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet.

No shuttles makes this inconvenient next will know to shook eit

Breakfast was disappointing. Decaf coffee was cold. Food was stocked once and then the breakfast attendant went home.

The rooms were newly remodeled, but the hotel itself is a bit on the shabby side. The staff was friendly. It was an OK stay for an OK price.

I want to highlight this place very convenient 100%friendly staff, beautiful room, comfy bed. Tasty breakfast they have a lot variety I like that close to shopping mall . Good job

Everything was great! The only thing I thought could be better was the cleanliness. Dead bugs on floor and random hairs in bathroom and on beds.

We stayed at several hotels while visiting colleges in different towns. This one had the best breakfast - make your own pancakes, hot eggs, and actually fresh tasting baked goods. Also, everyone who worked there was super nice.

Overall it was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However the closet space isn’t configured properly. The hangers do not fit on the bar, so the clothes don’t hang right or the hangers fall on the floor. We also had 2 sheets and no blanket or comforter. We were told that housekeeping must have forgotten to finish making the bed. So we were given a blanket and a comforter.
