Tucked away nearly and very peaceful. I would recommend to others and I would stay here again

This is our second stay and we love the kitchenette and quiet area of the hotel. Comfy beds and in room Dove products are great. Gas, shopping and plenty of food options are nearby.

The stay was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was great and welcoming and the accomodations top notch. Can't wait to visit again when I am in town.

Stay would have been perfect had the housekeeping person for our room been more aware of the mattress on the bed. Obviously tried to do good by flipping the mattress but failed to realize that’s not possible for all bedding. This one should have been ROTATED. Worse night’s sleep ever. Informed manager. Hope housekeeper is educated about mattress

The water pipe broke couldn’t shower or flush the toilet for hours

Ok so we stayed here back on the weekend of july 4th. The internet was out. Which no tv was possible. My wife and I both said, accidents happen it just bad timing. On the last weekend of august.We decided to give it another try. Well this time a water pipe had busted the day we arrived. It was fixed in a timely manner. The problem was, they had to drain the boilers that heats the water that goes to all the rooms. When the pipe was fixed. The boilers never could heat back up the water fast enough to keep up with the demand from the guests. So no hot water and with the water being off they weren't putting any chemicals in the pool.Also no use of the pool. Best part of the stay was location and guess services.

There was no warm water only cold. A dead cockroach in the bathroom which makes one wonder if any cleaning was done. The night auditor wasn’t helpful basically said “to bad there’s no hot water at least you have water”.

Very strong perfume smells in the hallway. I felt like i could taste it. The rooms were nice looking but looking at everthing, we did not have new tissue. There was waters in the fridge from the person who stayed prior to us. The roof collapsed on the first floor due to a water leak which caused us to not have hot water. While this may not have been controllable, we were not comforable with staying here. The staff did take care of us by providing a refund for one night. Shawn and one other employee that works morning shifts were really sweet and caring.

Staff was helpful and very nice. Clean room. Overall q0 out of 10.

My stay was good. The bathtub needed to be slip resistant for safety. The shower and sink water pressure was too low. They don’t serve breakfast, I think they could at least provide a continental breakfast. I am giving 4 stars because the room was very clean and comfortable.

I was so impressed with this facility. Staff are so friendly and always helpful. They were awesome. Room very nice, clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Will definitely stay again.
