非常非常非常糟的體驗，我們家庭旅遊超過30個國家，只有這家飯店說不允許帶東西進飯店吃。重點是在預訂時也沒有提醒顧客有這個規定，櫃檯人員態度非常差，這不是該有的服務態度。絕對不推薦。

是個悠久的飯店，服務人員極為禮貌，動作優雅；設備相對老舊，反而別有風味；想體驗傳統風格的人，可以來嘗試。

Very nice

The hotel is a historical building, interior is a bit run down than what shown in the pictures. Our room is quite big with a sofa bed. The only concern we had was the bath tub drainage was slow and reflux occurred. Talked to the staff in frontdesk before we went for our day, but no one came fixing it at the end. Generally a good stay.

旅店看起来历史悠久，加上威尼斯独有的奇幻感觉，当我走进这家旅店我仿佛穿越到了十八世纪。我本以为这会是一次完美的住宿体验，可是我错了。表面彬彬有礼服务人员并没有真正用心为顾客服务，想顾客所想，急顾客所急。我check in之后，本来可以自己拿行李进房间，但是服务员告诉我我跟着另一位服务员进房间就好，行李会有人帮我们拿进去。果然之后有一位年龄大一些的服务人员帮我们把行李拿了进来，我们行李有两个大行李箱，其中一个很沉，那位服务员帮我们把行李拿进屋放好后看了我两秒钟，我也在看他，我就在想，这是在暗示我给小费么？我可不想给，何况我又没零钱。之后我就发现我的钱包不见了，我回想很可能是买船票时落在售票处了，于是问前台能不能帮我打电话问一问，或者do something。可是那位服务员告诉我lost and found office已经关门了，我们只能等第二天九点之后再说，there is nothing I can do，sorry。其实那时不过下午五点左右。于是我和我老婆急急忙忙步行跑到售票处，又跑到失物招领，终于找到了钱包。在此感谢那位售票处的工作人员和失物招领处的人员，都是好人。然后就是晚上房间很冷，空调暖风却是前台控制的，要打电话给前台他们调。我大半夜打了三次电话，房间依然很冷，最后一次告诉我因为我自己按了空调的按键所以空调系统就锁死了，无法供暖，要等第二天早上才行。还是那句，there is nothing I can do，right now。我和老婆只能盖一张薄毛毯，互相搂着过了一晚。【PS:一开始我也不了解，为什么只给了一张毛毯，我还很怕不干净。原来在米兰住的旅店都是被子啊。后来到了佛罗伦萨和罗马才知道，意大利很多旅店都是这样子。】第二天我们check out 时他们也没想着帮我们问钱包的事，只是问我们钱包找到了么，我说找到了，他说了些you are so lucky什么之类的话。我只能笑笑。旅店房间舒适度一般，房间很不隔音，外面有人说话咳嗽走路都能听见。所以如果情侣住这的话，你懂啦。值得称赞的地方就是早餐很丰富。

I was quite satisfied with the sevices in hotel. Clean, nice, professional and very friendly staff. The hotel is located in very good position in centre of Venice. I would like to come back.
