非常非常非常糟的體驗，我們家庭旅遊超過30個國家，只有這家飯店說不允許帶東西進飯店吃。重點是在預訂時也沒有提醒顧客有這個規定，櫃檯人員態度非常差，這不是該有的服務態度。絕對不推薦。

是個悠久的飯店，服務人員極為禮貌，動作優雅；設備相對老舊，反而別有風味；想體驗傳統風格的人，可以來嘗試。

Very nice

The hotel is a historical building, interior is a bit run down than what shown in the pictures. Our room is quite big with a sofa bed. The only concern we had was the bath tub drainage was slow and reflux occurred. Talked to the staff in frontdesk before we went for our day, but no one came fixing it at the end. Generally a good stay.

Everything was superb

Beautiful hotel with nice decor and Murano glass fixtures all over the lobby and room. Staff available 24 hours in the lobby and helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight. On a nice, quiet side street but close to get to the main sites and water taxis. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and plenty of seating, cappuccinos were just ok. Pool table and bar in the lobby were great to have. Room was nice and unique with our bed in a loft area and the kids beds down the stairs. Only bummer was that the little pool in the courtyard was not heated.

Super classic Venice very nice

The staff was rude, there was no tea/ coffee, or Kleenex in the room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the tub plug doesn’t work, so you couldn’t have a bath. The bed and pillows were old and the chairs were wiggly. The pool was not open, and the restaurant was unavailable. But mostly the rude staff was very unwelcoming. This hotel ruined our visit to Venice. Do not stay here.

Great location for central Venice, comfortable room and good breakfast

Hotel Giorgione is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the busy alleys and just 10 minutes walk to San Mark Square. The hotel has large communal areas with sofas to relax and an interesting courtyard with a very big jacuzzi, that we were not able to enjoy as it opens around Easter time. The two gentlemen we met at reception (for check-in and check-out) were very pleasant, helpful and professional. A special thank you to Walter, the lovely barman, who makes the most magnificent Sgroppino in Venice!

Fiquei nove dias hospedado no Hotel Giorgione, em Veneza, e minha experiência terminou de forma profundamente constrangedora. Ao retornar ao hotel com minha esposa e meu filho autista, entramos no restaurante apenas para finalizar dois drinks antes de jantar no próprio local. O garçom não nos permitiu sequer sentar. Em seguida, já no lobby, um recepcionista que se identificou como Lorenzo nos impediu de subir ao quarto, gritando na frente de outros hóspedes e exigindo que saíssemos do hotel com os copos, mesmo após dizermos que iríamos descartá-los. Solicitei que a polícia fosse chamada, o que foi negado, assim como o fornecimento de um telefone para contato. No dia seguinte, o mesmo atendente voltou a nos tratar de forma intimidatória, o que me levou a evitar novos contatos. Após o ocorrido, pararam de repor o frigobar, deixei de ir ao café da manhã por receio e, o mais grave, meu filho ficou emocionalmente desregulado. É um bom hotel, mas após esse episódio de exposição pública, agressividade e total falta de empatia, especialmente com uma família, nunca mais retornarei. Infelizmente, isso afetou até meus últimos dias em Veneza.

Great staff and fantastic location

Toda estadia foi excelente. Quarto, limpeza, café da manhã e equipe.

Nice decor, clean room and good location!

I was quite satisfied with the sevices in hotel. Clean, nice, professional and very friendly staff. The hotel is located in very good position in centre of Venice. I would like to come back.

Overpriced rooms
