非常非常非常糟的體驗，我們家庭旅遊超過30個國家，只有這家飯店說不允許帶東西進飯店吃。重點是在預訂時也沒有提醒顧客有這個規定，櫃檯人員態度非常差，這不是該有的服務態度。絕對不推薦。

是個悠久的飯店，服務人員極為禮貌，動作優雅；設備相對老舊，反而別有風味；想體驗傳統風格的人，可以來嘗試。

Very nice

The hotel is a historical building, interior is a bit run down than what shown in the pictures. Our room is quite big with a sofa bed. The only concern we had was the bath tub drainage was slow and reflux occurred. Talked to the staff in frontdesk before we went for our day, but no one came fixing it at the end. Generally a good stay.

Easy to find from water taxi, short walk. Greta location- not super busy but quick walk to everything. Beautiful property. Pool was great and you sign up for a time slot, so it does not get over crowded. Staff was friendly and amazing

This hotel (probably as the only one in the world) does not have an iron one can borrow or use to iron a shirt. This is beyond me….

Dejligt ophold, specielt de fyldte croissanter ved morgenmaden var lækre. Begrænsninger på en halv time “pool” negativt og ikke informeret på forhånd, Pladsen til at slappe af i solen minimal eller fraværende.

A very charming and beautiful hotel in a great location. Perfectly situated - close walk to everything but just outside the very busy areas. The staff were all very kind and the pool area was a nice bonus.

Vi boede på dette hotel både før og efter en rundtur i dolomitterne. Andet ophold var bedre end første da vi denne gang havde et større værelse med et større badeværelse. Men der er meget larm på hotellet sent om aftenen fra andre værelser og gang. Morgenmaden kan slet ikke sammenlignes med andre 4-stjernede hoteller i domomitterne. Brødet er tørt og juicen er kunstigt smagende. De tager 5 euro for et glas frisk appelsinjuice mens dette selvfølgelig er gratis på andre hoteller, hvor man også tilbydes forskellig frisk kaffe og forskellige slags æg. Et ok hotel med en god beliggenhed men ikke en 4-stjernet oplevelse.

Veldig fin beliggenhet. Fint basseng, men litt tungvint at man må booke bassengtid, og at barn ikke kan bade etter 1400 (personalet var veldig hjelpsomme, så barna fikk badet selv om). Trivelig frokost, men litt dårlig utvalg av mat. Jus kostet ekstra.

Veldig koselig hotell og utmerket beliggenhet

We stayed 3 nights in the suite. Double bed and a single bed. Single bed was very well separated allowing privacy. Very tastefully decorated room. Great shower. Besides the great location, close to a vapuretto stop, the real asset of this hotel is the pool. Very large and enjoyable jacuzzi-pool definitely was a life savor in the heat. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A really good hotel, staff very helpful throughout the day as we had to keep accessing bags with young kids, and the pool is really good (note under 14s have to book a a lot between 11-2pm). Junior suite great for young families and good location not far from the Vaperetto. Straightforward breakfast, but very enjoyable. All round, highly recommended.

The hotel has a great location, calm and away from the crowds but close to lots of restaurants Stayed in the apartment which is in a separate building. The room was spacious and clean. Not really a kitchen so don’t expect to do a lot of cooking. The big bed was very comfortable but the to singles was hard and very squeaky.

All of the male's at the front desk were horribly rude. There were 2 female front desk workers i had the pleasure of encountering at a much more pleasant, helpful, friendly manner. The rooms were poorly cleaned and dusty all over. The bedding is rough and old. We would not stay here again.
