It was okay

There was mattresss in the parking lot it was dark and felt very unsafe. I was told by many people not to stay there and find somewhere else to book. Which I did. Would not recommend. Does not look like the photos at all.

The staff was very friendly and the room was decently clean. However, the pool was closed, the hot water was back and forth, one of the lamps next to the bed didn't work, and the tub stopper didn't work so we had to wedge a washcloth into the drain. It was a cheaper option so we didn't complain but just a couple basic things need to be corrected

We had a room near the elevator which would ding loudly each time the door opened. Our room itself was okay, comfortable bed and clean bedding which is what we needed as we checked in late to sleep. The condition of most of the hotel was very run down and in disrepair. That being said, it was pretty cheap. I would stay again if I only needed to sleep.

I didn’t like that it was so cold in the halls and in the pool room!!! And that the pool was closed most of our stay which was one of the reasons we got a room so the kids could swim!!!

Shower literally did not work, water would only come out the bottom from the faucet- not the shower head. We complain to the front desk who said we just should have taken a bath.

Drywall cracking, floors dirty, door latched loosely and breakfast was inedible with fruit flies on the bread and bagels.

George at the front desk was rude and difficult right from our arrival. Because of his attitude and unprofessional approach, we decided to not stay at this hotel. He told us to contact Hotels.com to move to another hotel or get a refund and that when Hotels.com contacted him, he refused to work with them and refused the refund. Fortunately, Hotels.com understands that once in a while you deal with these type of people and have credited our account.. definitely won’t return to that hotel again.

Good for quick night rest if traveling I-94. Close to HW. In and out

The lady tiffany was very nice and helpful and she made sure that we had a decent stay. There was a few hiccups here and there but overall it worked out at the end..

Well the one me and my fiance stayed at wasn't necessarily bad ,but the TV channel selection wasn't too good at all ,just local channels for the most part and the wifi kept booting us out every 10-15 minutes.. The breakfast had limited options and the coffee was kinda funky .

Property looked run down. Fan running in lobby, very humid. TV did not work in room. No phone.

Immediately at the entrance the building were people asking for money. The grass and weeds were unkept. The hotel had an odd smell. Directly across from my room, in the hall, was a dehumidifier so possible leak or water damage. The room door handle/lock had a large hole like something was replaced or missing. Inside the room wasn’t much better. Hooks were missing or barely hanging on. I was so disappointed. Shortly after arriving, there seemed to be some sort of domestic situation. I would not stay here again. I actually tried to change hotels but unfortunately did not purchase insurance.

I liked the fact that there was ALWAYS coffee available for our consumption no matter the time of day or night. I also liked the layout of the room we stayed in. My thoughts on what can be improved: the outside of the building is not very appealing. Repairs and upkeep need to be done on the building. Also, it would be nice if the menu would change during the week for breakfast; not have the EXACT same options EVERYDAY.

We arrived and had to wait 10-15 mins for someone to just check us in. No one around. Rang their doorbell multiple times. Finally showing up, the lady, not sure if she even worked there didn’t ask really any information. Very short. She didn’t seem to care either. I was given the wrong room, which we still got a king suite, but not the point. The outside of the hotel was completely devastating. Inside was a train wreck. Pool i don’t think wasn’t even open. We decided to leave a day early because we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel.

A convenient place near the interstate. Many restaurants within walking distance. Not for someone who is looking for a "cute" place.

The pictures online were false advertisement. The building appears to have structural issues from the outside. There was never anyone at the front desk when I needed service. Dirty linens, and trash stayed in the hallway all night. Room smelt damp like mold. Phone and TV in room did not work. Mold on the bed skirt, around air unit, on lamp shade, and in the shower. Huge scratches on the headboard. Rust on lamp, and toilet paper holder. And no hot water.

Just wanted a place to stay for 2 nights. Couldn't figure out how to operate the TV.
