Clean room

I went through Expedia. Never again. They charged me doe a room and then didn't send the reservation through to the hotel. Had to book another room through the hotel and now news to wait to get a refund back from expedia. Hotel staff was great. Very accommodating.

The room was nice and clean.

We were very happy with our choice of hotels after staying here. We went to Frankenmuth for the day and dinner and then stayed the one night. I was such a clean and comfortable hotel. Much appreciated.

Birch run outlets were across the highway very easy to access, down the road about 6 miles from Frankenmuth Bavarian village and Bronners Christmas store the largest in the world

The carpet was stained and dirty. Bathroom was clean but housekeeping didn’t freshen up the room during our 2night stay.

The soap & lotion dispensers are placed a little high. I am 5'2" and it was a stretch for me to reach. I can't imagine if i were shorter or a child. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful.

The property looks like it’s getting a lot of updates. Our room was clean and had some normal ware. The beds though are very hard so made it tough to sleep. Over all stay was very nice and close to shopping outlets and not to far from Bronner’s.

Only thing that was VERY DISAPPOINTING was that there was not a hot tub. I researched your website to be sure we had all the amenities we we looking for so that is why we choose your Hotel. If I had know this we would have chosen another hotel so unfortunately we will not be back or recommend your hotel to others. I would highly suggest you update your website.

The property was next to I-75 but the approach to it at night was not marked and we had to hunt for the right road to lead to it. Breakfast was OK but they ran out of coffee (at least temporarily).

Clean comfortable room.

The start was good. The bathroom did smell like urine and the toilet sounded like it has a leak inside. Overall it was good.

Overall clean, however updates are needed. Stains all over carpet in room.

Therecwas no hot tub as stated, the pool room was extremely hot, for five guests we had to ask for more towels,, the road noise was unbearable i didnt sleep all night.
