Außerhalb der Stadt. Der Frühstücksraum war etwas kleiner als erwartet. Ansonsten alles ordentlich und sauber freundlich Personal.

Everything was fine we basically used the hotel to sleep and shower, the only thing I didn’t like is that it was kind of far from Milan center and almost no option of restaurants around the area.

O ar condicionado não funciona. Ainda assim, é um hotel mto bom. Fui no final do inverno, então não fez tanta diferença a falta do ar condicionado. Tudo é muito novo e a estrutura é excelente. Fica distante do centro histórico, mas o ônibus passa próximo na ida. Na volta para um pouco distante. Considero que é um ótimo custo benefício.

Also wirklich zufrieden waren wir nicht. Das man fürs Wasser zahlt ist echt traurig. Bettbezüge gab es auch keine richtigen.

Excellent séjour ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est exceptionnel, toujours souriant, professionnel et à l’écoute. Une mention toute particulière à la réceptionniste Alexia, qui a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Das Zimmer was gross und schön, die Dusche gepflegt, komplementäre Slipper und Creme gab es auch, das Bett war bequem und am Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzen. Die Rezeption war freundlich und zuvorkommend aber es gibt einen Stern abzug wegen dem Spa bzw. der Sauna. Das Hotel wird mit Spa beworben welches in den Bildern schön ersichtlich ist. Dass das Spa aber 25€ pro Tag (pro Kopf) kostet wird nirgend beworben. Die Enttäuschung war also sicher nicht klein als wir erfuhren, dass das Spa nicht inbegriffen sei.
