LOVE the shuttle service- like a personal car service to take you anywhere plus pick up in the city-no extra charge. restaurant has great food, we had a nice updated room. Driver John (older gentleman) went above and beyond.

Floor wasn’t clean in the room. Could clearly see dirt/ hair everywhere. We paid extra for a river view room, which the view was nice but that’s about it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning was barely blowing. Apparently they are finally switching their A/C to digital and had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, so maybe that was the problem. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have booked here. For a higher end hotel, we weren’t too impressed.

Restaurant was great

The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were here on a golf trip and one of the guys had a medical issue. When they went to the front desk to get directions to the hospital the staff were all over it and immediately took control and the hospitality van driver offered to take him to the hospital. Once there he gave his card to the patient and said call when you need a ride home. Thanks for this would highly recommend this hotel.

Small room but acceptable for one night. Hot tub was pot of order and no ice machine on our floor. Front staff advised we could get 10% off food at either restaurant or pub.Went to pub where they said no 10%. Communication could be better and accurate.

The whole experience was great right from check in to check out. Room was spotless completely renovated, free secured parking , staff were all very welcoming.

The property was generally in very good condition and I had booked one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. The room was spacious and in good working order however, one thing I did notice was cost cutting in terms of amenities within the hotel room. This was a large suite and did not have a bottle opener or really any other shampoos or lotions aside from the very basics that you would find in any cheap hotel room. This was a little disappointing however overall the hotel is still decent. It will be interesting to see how well it’s maintained in the next year or two.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. One of the best perks was the free shuttle service—it made getting around so easy. A special thank you to the shuttle driver, who was incredibly kind. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is as good and the room was nice and clean. The parking lot was difficult to get into and with all the road closures the city didn’t make it easy.

Great stay - clean, comfortable, restaurants on site, friendly staff. Dowtown close to University Bridge.

Perfect location next to the downtown, has a bar on site. Very comfortable bed.

Was a nice hotel. No breakfast included unfortunately. Which was kind of annoying given the price point. Was a very busy check in but once we settled in nicely.

This hotel is such a hidden gem, I love it! It’s so beautiful here, the view from my room was awesome, the room was gorgeous and well maintained :) I will 100% stay here again in the future

The view was incredible. The room was very clean, and we loved all the amenities We will stay here again. .

Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!
