As always, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. I arrived a bit early, but was able to check in an hour earlier. Great cafe for breakfast, not to mention a great view of the old town and the harbor.

Behageligt sted. Godt værelse og dejlig morgenmad.

Det gik op for mi at man selv skal bede om at få gjort rent på værelset så endte op med ingen rengøring og var der i 4 overnatninger.

The hotel is a very large hotel but run by too few staff who seem quite demotivated. Facilities are satisfactory as one would expect from the Radisson chain. Breakfast is varied and very good. And the room I had wasn’t what I booked but was adequate. I understood that a lot of rooms had issues regarding the air conditioning and thus unavailable. Including the room I had booked.

Todella hieno hotelli, siisti ja mukava henkilökunta. Muuten erittäin positiivinen kokemus, mutta ikkuna huoneessamme ei mennyt kiinni jonka takia ilmastointi ei toiminut ollenkaan. Pyysimme henkilökuntaa apuun, mutta he totesivat että eivät voi auttaa asian kanssa heti. Jouduimme nukkumaan meluisassa ja kuumassa huoneessa tämän takia.

Hotelli oli siisti ja aamupala kattava. Ainoa miinus pitkästä ajasta sisäänkirjautuessa, sillä respassa oli vain yksi henkilö ottamassa asiakkaita vastaan ja jonoa paljon. Sisäänkirjautumisessa kesti tästä syystä melkein tunti.

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. But the check in is not functioning. Even though the clerk did everything as fast as he could the whole process is too slow. Hopefully management does something to this. Also I booked the room 5 days prior to our visit. I booked this hotel because of the pool. In a very long check in line there was a notice that pool is under maintenance and we couldn’t use it. This info should have come to us while in booking process!

Kylpyhuoneen pesuaineet olivat loppu

Olimme valinneet hotellin pitkälti uima-altaan takia, mutta pääsimme käyttämään allasta vain ensimmäisenä iltana huollon takia. Altaan huollosta ja käyttökatkosta ei oltu ilmoitettu etukäteen. Lapsille ei ollut sänkyä valmiina huoneessa ja kun kävimme pyytämässä sängyn petausta lapsille, tuotiin petivaatteet vain yhdelle lapselle vaikka matkustimme kahden lapsen kanssa.

Oikein mukava yöpyminen. Sängyt erinomaiset ja hiljainen huone. Aamiainen oiken hyvä ja monipuolinen. Terveysshotit olisi ollut kiva lisä. Munakasta sai tilata tarjoilijalta, jos osasi pyytää.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja huone oli siisti. Vessa veti vähän huonosti. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet päivän aktiviteetteihin.

Complimentary pool area was a positive surprise with the amazing views over town. A bit limited in size but wasnt too crowded when we went. Same goes for the room, especially as we got ours at 24th floor. Area is a peaceful business kind of place so not too many dining/drinking options nearby. Recommendation: south indian food in Laims Cafe. A little further away Old town with all options. Sufficient parking but 16€/day is quite alot.
